I have decided to create another youtube channel just in English.
What I'm doing? Well I'm self employed joiner from Latvia. Making loads of different thinks like, cutting boards, Butcher Blocks, tables, shelves, lamps and loads more.
I hope you will enjoy my videos and don't forget to hit the like button.
The biggest project on what im working right now is my touch sensitive resin table.

Good work
Thanks
Very nice job. Good choice of woods to use for design. Enjoy your week. 😊
Thanks.
If I wanted to follow your instructions on making a chopping block, how much would it cost to purchase all the materials and equipment? Who is this video aimed at?
U can use any other wood. Don't have to be exotic woods. Could be oak, maple, walnut or any other. Also no need thicknesser but it makes much easier
Did you spray water on the board ? I have watched a lot of people spray with water.
Yes I do grain pop usually. Can't remember if I did on this one
You did make it look too easy. It’s awesome but not easy at all imo
Awesome work on this serving tray. I don’t know what else to call it as all the research oak is an open grain though hardwood that isn’t considered good for cutting boards. Not saying many oak cutting boards aren’t sold but the can and will hold bacteria from my extensive research into it.
Thanks. Yeah I have heard abbout open grain on oak. Not sure if it's true lol. But oak is top seller for me.
@@WoodworkingUK top seller maybe also because it’s cheapest or the customer isn’t informed. Slightly more expensive but barely this days would be hard maple. Imo, I hold the same concept to makers like us and trillion dollar industries, just bc we can sell stuff cheap, hurt our customers, but make great money, should we. My thought is no. But everyone has to look at the trade offs. As long as your consistent for your customers as you think mega companies imo. Tons more in my head on the subject. That’s for the project regardless
Great job.
Nice!!!
Nice!!
Nicely Done
Thank you
With your left hand that close to the TS blade, I can see an accident in your future.
Well with that table saw maybe because it's not safe at all. But new one is different level.

I have been using Goldman's Wood Balm for finishing cutting boards. It works well.
I'm using beeswax and mineral oil. Made by myself awesome staff. Protects wood really good

Looks incredible. I Am wanting to Make a 10Ft × 2FT butcher block top for My Work bench it would look amazing in that pattern if I only had the skill, experience, concentration, time & tools to make it happen haha
Thanks. Yeah that size required a lot of time space and wood 😁
Nice job! do you have measurements for the pieces to make this board?

@@WoodworkingUK i have thought about making a cutting board but uk prices for hard wood are costly
@sandman2651 agree for this one I spend around £50 maybe less so will sell for at least £150 Previes board what I made that basket Weave is sold already for £150
Awesome 👏🏾
How.
Dude you’re really skilled!
Thanks.
The problem with the fence is that there should be a gap. Technically it should be absolutely perfectly parallel, but that’s impossible in the real world, so instead the fence should point away from the blade towards the back very very slightly. This is not for straight cuts, but for safety: if the fence is even slightly angled towards the blade, you will get kickback. That means a tiny gap is intentional - but it should be less than a millimetre, just a hair.
Very cool, I have been wanting to make one of these myself.👍👍👍
Thanks. It's one of my favourite designs
It's a pity that this video is so fast, you can't see the details of your work :(
Well need to make it again tehn. I'm not the best person on video editing lol 🤣
Just slow down the playback speed.
Beautiful board! Keep making these videos!
