Carlo, the journey to Quantum Gravity has reached the finish line. We now have a working Quantum Theory of Gravity that paves the way for the Theory of Everything in Physics, that is testable and complete with reproducible empirical experiments with the same results if repeated over and over again and again, confirmed by empirical observations in nature with 7-Sigma level results, guided by empirical laws and physical/mathematical Trinity God Equations that are predictive, precise, quantum computational and does no collapse even in high energies of Big Bang and singularity of Black Hole. FYI: Quantum Gravity or Quantum Gravitation have three types that are equivalent to and manifested by Quantum Computational Gravitation- the biggest and most powerful Computer Software Program and Hardware in the Universe and Quantum Gravitational Entanglement - a Quantum Entanglement in Macroscopic Cosmic Scale namely: 1. Quantum Anti-Gravity = Spin Up Quantum Entanglement State; 2. Quantum Neutral Gravity = Superposition Quantum Entanglement State; and 3. Quantum Gravity = Spin Down Quantum Entanglement State. More detailed information could be found on the published papers 2 years ago in London, Paris, and Zurich, online and at the two scientific Journals ACADEMIA and REAL TRUE NATURE. Alternatively, you can google the name of the author ROEL REAL ROVIRA to arrive at the published paper on Quantum Gravity. Most recently, additional two well respected scientific journals namely NATURE and the AMERICAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY APS Physical Review Journals have officially invited this author to submit manuscripts on his Research on Quantum Gravity for publication for PRX QUANTUM in preparation for a celebration for International Year of Quantum IYQ 2025 to showcase the best papers of the year.

when I hear astronomers talk about the vastness of the universe, I realise how small we are in it and i feel lonely, even scared for humanity as a group. When I hear people like this man speak about humanity I marvel as an individual at how far we all have come in a relatively short time; yet in some ways we have hardly moved from our earliest ancestors. I don’t agree with everything he said But, I do think there is a lot to think about in what he said.

The Crisis was not about technology. The Cuban Missile Crisis was a 13-day confrontation between the United States and the Soviet Union in October 1962, during the Cold War. The crisis began when the United States discovered that the Soviet Union had secretly placed nuclear missiles in Cuba, just 90 miles from the coast of Florida. President John F. Kennedy saw this as a direct threat to US national security and demanded that the Soviets remove the missiles. The Soviets refused, and the world stood on the brink of nuclear war. That was what it was about.

At 26:32 Yuval speaks of the “dogma” of papal infallibility. There is no such dogma. It is a doctrine. Dogmas are doctrines that are non-negotiable, such the dogma of the immaculate conception. Doctrines are generally held beliefs but can be subject to interpretation.

The laws of nature are sufficient to explain everything, the origin of the universe, life and intelligent self aware, creatures like man with free will. That this life is all there is,no heaven, no hell, no ultimate justice. No cosmic plan, purpose, meaning for life other than to just survive. My brain went HA HA HA HA BULLSHIT!

In terms of stories in the modern world, I agree completely that the 'endless growth is good' is still dominant and by definition massively pushed by the people in power and that we're all somewhat complicit with that as we almost all want a degree of consumer indulgence. However, there are other stories developing such as sustainability, interdependence, mental health and wellbeing, limits to material happiness, 'spiritual but not religious' etc. Part of this is the rehashing of old stories. This is something Yuval doesn't seem to acknowledge. So for instance Buddhism has managed to be reworked in the west into a modern spirituality of 'inter-being', and worked its way into the mainstream as 'mindfulness'. So there is some push back now, but I agree that it probably takes a series of crises to really change direction, and the new and rehashed stories to really gain traction.

The first core of Yuval's book is that our superior Imagination is what makes us superior to the rest of animals (maybe there are others but that doesn't mean imagination is untrue, invalid or unimportant). The second core is that our superior habilty to cooperate (granted by our Imagination and its Imagined Realities) is what has made us be the most powerful living being in the world. Cooperation. NOT Competing like animals do in Nature. NOT Competing like we were taught when we were young. It's precisely competing what has doomed the rest of animals to be at our mercy (mercyless mercy more like it). The fact that maybe other things besides our Imagination have helped us into being more cooperative is another history for maybe another book. Thanks Yuval for showing us the path to Progress. The path to Happiness: IMAGINATION and COOPERATION. That being said though I think his book is so full of wrong or pessimistic ideas (which most I must admit I also shared) that I felt the need to fight them to try to "boost the morale of the troop" (and my own too by the way) a little bit (nowadays it's not precisely bursting out of joy). I know it wasn't needed because thanks to the least common of all senses (the common sense) almost everybody already disagreed with Yuval in many of the things he said (in amazon lots individuals already decided to give only one star out of five to his book) but thanks for giving me the opportunity, the freedom to argue some points in what I think it has been a constructive way more than a destrucitve or disrespectful one so common this days. I promise this is the last one: The american independence declaration has no sense if we translate it in objective biological terms. I DO NOT AGREE. As Yuval himself says in his book if we tranlate it it becomes "All humans have evolved in a different way and have born with mutable traits among which there is LIFE and the pursuit of PLEASURE". Personally I find this statement very sensible, reasonable and realistic rather than senseless. Even if we are 99,99% biologically equals as Science proved sequencing our genome, we are effectively 0,01% different. We have mutable traits (in the past or in undeveloped countries women have bigger "backyards" and breasts than modern women living in developed countries because the last ones, thanks to hospitals, don't need to have such big attributes to give birth to their children, individuals living in countries with high sun exposure have darker skin and eyes than the ones living in countries with less sun light, etc.). If not everything almost everything we do it's to obtain pleasure in the present or in the future or in the next life or at least to avoid suffering which would decrease our current level of pleasure (if we end up obtaining pleasure or not it's another history). We are alife. Following the wise, realistic Imagined Reality of Thomas Jefferson U.S.A. Americans (and other countries too) progressed much more than Hammurabi would have dreamt off because if we translate Hammurabi's Imagined Reality (code) into objective biological terms we get "a human eye it's the same as an entire human being" and that's nuts. To be fair with Hamurabi though the translation should be "a human noble's eye it's the same as an entire slave human being" which I (as follower of the Imagined Reality of the Human Rights) still think it's nuts. Sadly many people, even entire countries like India (not the only one though) are nuts and instead of following wise realistic Imagined Realites like the ones Gandhi or Thomas Jefferson imagined long ago, they trust nuts Imagined Realites like Hamurabi's code (Indian castes system for example). Curiously lots of americans (but not the only ones of course) can buy dozens of extremely cheap t-shirts made in India but few Indians can buy dozens of american made products (shirts or whatever). I hope some day Indians listen to Gandhi. Maybe that day americans (and others) will not be able to buy dozens of cheap t-shirts but breaking news ahead: no one needs dozens of t-shirts to live a decent life (but no one can live decently belonging to the untouchable caste). Oh, and I almost forgot one more "little" thing that made Agriculture and outstanding smash if we compare it to Hunter-Gatherers. It forced people to planificate, to IMAGINE the FUTURE harvest, etc. Having in mind that Human Imagination and Imagined Realities have been the key to human success, a system, an Imagined Reality which enhances imagination like Agriculture, we could say that it was the mother of all Imagined Realities. It was the mother of progress. The mother of HAPPINESS. Oh, and one last thing, even if U.S.A. Americans (and many others) followed great Imagined Realities like the one Thomas Jefferson imagined making them progress more than anyone, in the recent past have been following a very funny (though a little outdated for my taste) Imagined Reality called the Law of the Strongest while taking by force whatever they wished from whomever they wished. Curiously, nowadays, their own younger generations, their own beautiful babies are obediently following the same example thanks to their mirror neurons and no longer accept the results of a free electoral peaceful system called Democracy and just want to invade the Capitol by force to stablish their own new (ancient more like it) world order. Fitting. Fitting indeed. Knock, knock, THEY ARE HEEEREEE.....(progress and the happiness it brings I'm not not so sure). Truth be told maybe all started in Western Europe after all. In October 2017 to be precise. Back then Europe made the Law of the Strongest become trendy once more showing to the entire World (lots of international journalists were there covering the event) that even if it was a a bit old, that Law was much more cool than wasting time in Democracy or useless Freedom (pff who wants those. highly overated them two anyways. I'm joking). Mmh, unwise, unwise lesson to be taught indeed. Since then, curiously, mirror neurons started to work once again and BANG!! If you have the brute force you have the right. By right of might, yes sir!! (faster and more resolutive than all the other Imagined Realites like dances, languages, religions, science, laws, democracies, boring, zzzz snoring. I'm joking once again). Equation's result: Capitol invaded, Ukraine invaded, south american countries like Peru rebelling violently and putting their presidents in jail, etc. Butterflies and tornados maybe? One thing is for sure though. The Universe and its equalizers equations will bring Justice. One way or the other. For all. Maybe there could be a way to teach a different lesson to our beautiful babies to make their mirror neurons start working in a different more democratic, peaceful, productive way. Who knows, who cares, not me (well, maybe a little actually).

The order that govern us all is imaginary. (give me a have FIVE) I DO NOT AGREE. The order that govern us all is Real because even imagination is Real (cerebral chemical substances and electric impulses). It's thanks to this Real tool (Imagination) that we can build our Real Imagined Realities (political systems, religions, money, etc.) that govern us all and allow us to shape the Real world at will. 1-The order that governs us all is Real because it's the set of Real, universal forces/energies like gravity, centrifugal force, magnetism and countless others that we still ignore. Before Science they were represented by the FIVE elements: fire, water, earth, wind and lightning (instead of lightning the ancient greek called it Aether where their gods lived and the ancient japanesse called it the Void but all of them are the same because thanks to electric impulses we can have the imagination where the greek gods lived and also the most powerful tool to fight against the japanesse Void or the nothingness/boredom it represented). These forces/energies govern us because the Imagined Realities (Religions, Political Systems, Legal Systems, etc.) that govern us must adjust to them to make us PROGRESS. When the egalitarian ideas of Christ (Religion) were finally taken seriously in the Human Rights (Legal System) we PROGRESSED because that Imagined Reality adjusted to the Reality of all humans being essentially equals (all of us are essentially DNA with minimal differences between us). When a government (Political System) starts an urban plan without having in mind potencially flood zones, we don't PROGRESS because the Imagined Reality doesn't adjust to the Reality of river dynamics that can make an entire settlement disappear if it rains hard enough. The best and more succesful Imagined Realities, are those which are the best and more succesful uniting the concepts of Imagination and Reality. Those which are more REALISTIC. 2-The order that govern us all is Real because according to Richard Dawkin's book, The Selfish Gene, we are governed by our genes and they are Real. 3-The order that govern us all is Real because we are governed by our FIVE prime emotions (anger, sadness, calmness, fear and joy) plus their derivates (love, hate, disgust, pain, etc.) and they are Real (cerebral chemical substances and electric impulses). Hitler and their followers were motivated, among other things, by the hatred they felt for jews. The Cold War was motivated, among other things, by the fear capitalists felt for communists and vice versa. Some even dare to say that emotions should be considered as natural forces like gravity, centrifugal force, etc. Maybe they are right. Maybe some day we will destroy or save our planet (or others) because of them. One thing it's for sure though, they don't obey the laws of time and space (the four known dimensions). The Hatred of Hitler for Jews, the Love of Christ for Humanity (even if he never existed) and the Love and Compassion (and sadly also the hate sometimes) of our ancestors for their children among others, exist even now and all around the world. That's why some others also consider them the FIFTH Dimension.

Imagined Realities only exist in our Imagination, they aren't Real. I DO NOT AGREE. They are real because even our Imagination where they come from is real (mix of chemical cerebral substances, electric impulses, etc.) and the human beings where Imagination and its Imagined Realities reside are real too. Therefore, as real things, they have real repercussions over the real world. That's why Imagined Realities like Money, Religions, Legal Systems, Political Systems, Nations, Companies, Movies, States, Gastronomies, Legends, Science, Dances, Wars, Languages, Sports, Economic Systems, etc. end up altering the real world and make us cooperate in large flexible numbers and sometimes (NOT always) even PROGRESS if they are Realistic, Honest and Fair (distribute fairly the profits among its members). We could say that Imagined Realities half-exist in the real Physical World and half-exist in the real Imaginary World because they are half Imagined and half Reality but in the end they really exist. The conection between Imagined Realities and Reality it's very deep and has FOUR pillars: 1) They need a real physical support to work properly apart from the Human beings who trust them. Without it, they fail. -Religions need their rituals (Imagined Realities each one) which half-exist in the Real Physical World. Some of them need special buildings or books to be practiced for example. 2) People trust them as long as they think they will obtain real rewards (or avoid real losses or real punishments) by doing so. -People trust Religions to obtain a more peaceful, caring society and also eternal life in the paradise which they think is real. People also follow religions to avoid eternal punishment in hell after they die and in the past also followed them to avoid punishment while they still were alife from religeous authorities. In overall we want to obtain all these things because we think they will improve our lifes making us Happier (if that finally happens or not it's another history. or NOT. if they fail making us happier they may end up evaporating). 3) They are based on real things or facts. Sometimes they are directly based on real things because not even the most imaginative individuals can create something without inspiring themselves from reality. Sometimes they are based on real things indirectly because they are based on trust and when people trust something or someone they do it based on real facts. Sometimes the most complex and powerful of them are based on a set of Imagined Realities and they are real (half real physical, half real imagined). -Some Religions are based on the existence of a paradise which we will reach through good deeds and a hell which we will be sent to if we do evil deeds. This is not so far from reality because it's a fact that if we do good deeds we will live in a more comfortable, caring society (paradise will come to us) and if we do evil deeds we will live in a cruel society (hell will come to us). Some Religions are based on the existence of good souls wich are eternally blessed in paradise and bad souls which are eternally punished in hell. This is not so far from reality either because our ideas and emotions can be considered souls which can be eternally praised or despised everywhere by our collective consciousness defying the laws of time and space (the four known dimensions) and this last one can be considered somekind of a heavenly/hellish Fifth Dimension. The Hatred of Hitler or the Love of Christ (even if he never existed) exist even now all around the world. The love of our ancestors mothers and fathers for their children is still alive as we see the modern ones taking care of their own today. The idea of cooking food before eating it or the idea of the wheel are still alive today all around the globe. All of them, thanks to Historians among others, will be eternally remembered and it will be our responsabilty alone to bless or punish them forever. The list goes on and on and on (God, demons, angels, miracles, afterlife, etc.). Ultimately Religions are based on some REAL REAL facts. First, we need to share and obey some common laws if we want to live in a peaceful and prosperous cooperative big group of humans called Society. Second, we get bored easily and we need to imagine histories and fantasies to entertain us. Third, we need to share with other individuals some common traits to feel we belong to a group with which identify ourselves to make us feel more comfortable and less alone. Fourth, we are curious by nature and we want to know why things are the way they are. Finally we need to think our lifes have some worthy purpose or meaning to be Happy. 4) People trust them because they think they are objectively true and physically real. They think they are physical because thanks to their physical support they make people think they are entirely physically real. They are not of course but we people forget this easily unless we stop and reflect a while about it just like Mr. Yuval has showed us in his awesome book. Thinking they are physically real, we people trust them more because it's easier to trust physical things than imaginary ones. We could say the physical support sustains the Half-Physical part of the Imagined Reality. To sustain the Half-Imagined part another kind of support is needed. This support is thinking the Imagined Reality is objectively true. When people think an Imagined Reality is false or there is another one better (more true) they stop trusting it until it disappears. To this day most people (not all though) still think it's objectively true that Money, Companies and States have proved to be the best Imagined Realities in achieving their goals and that's why most people (not all though) still trust them. Nations and Religions on the other hand, although being still strong, have been weakened because many people don't trust any more in the objective truthfulness of some of their principles. No gastronomy, dance, language, legend, traditional festivity, etc. is better than another. To this day no one has ever been able to make a real tv documentary showing a real angel or demon as they are described in the Bible. More over, nowadays nations have to compete with religions and consumer tribes while religions have to compete with states, science, nations and the arts. That being said, nations are still strong because people still think some traits of their nation (mainly languages and festivities) are objectively the ones which represents their individual cultural identity better. On the other hand religions are still strong because many people still think what they postulate in their respectively holy scriptures are objectively true. -People who trust a Religion with all their heart think all what that Religion postulates is objectively true. Some people don't think so and therefore don't trust any Religion. If their number grows Religions could disappear. -People trust Companies because they think it's objectively true that they are a better way to produce and distribute the goods and services the citizens need than artisans or the neihbours around. Some people don't think so (they think Companies destroy the environment, exploit unfairly their workers, their products are impersonal and have no "soul", etc.) and that's why they prefer to rely on their own skills, artisans or small communities isolated from our civilization. If their number grows companies could disappear. -People trust money because they think it's objectively true that it's a better way to trade with others than barter. They trust money because they think it's objectively true that it's the best way to obtain the things they need. Some people don't think so because they think money only has brought pain, anxiety and misery in their lifes. If their number grows money could disappear.

Absolute Freedom doesn't exist. I DO NOT AGREE. It's true that every time we have progressed, we have thought we had escaped from the Prison but in fact we only broke one wall to make it bigger. It may not seem much but at least a big prison is better than a small one because the bigger one offers more freedom than the other. Maybe if we keep breaking walls one they we will reach the end of the Universe itself and we will be able to see what's beyond the Veil. Will we be prepared to face it? What shall it be? God? A time travel Singularity? Another Universe? A Space Wormhole that will teleport us to earth once again? Another Prison? Another Wall? If it's the latter we will shatter it just like the others and we will carry one like we always have done. It maybe tiresome and frustrating sometimes but is there a more worthy goal to pursue than Absolute Freedom (or Absolute Equality of Opportunity)? It's one of the worthiest we could have in fact and I'm sure we will never stop and who knows, maybe one day everybody will have the same freedom, the same opportunities because, like in the Matrix movie, we will be able to modify our own individual capabilities, knowledge, bodies, skills and limitations at will using surgery, implants, brain downloads or whatever. The same way in the past only a small minority knew how to read and therefore only a small minority had access to the knowledge that allowed them to have more freedom (and power) to choose the job they wanted maybe in the future instead of books and teachers we will use a more advanced technology to improve our individual skills). So, in the end, Absolute Freedom is like Absolute Knowledge, Perfection, or the Meaning of Existence. All these concepts, even if we will never get them or are entirely subjective (everyone has a different concept of what perfection is or what is the meaning of existence) they exist in our real imagination (chemical subst. and electric impulses) and help us to have a worthy goal to work for while we improve ourselves while we try to acomplish them (if we never get them is irrelevant). The best part is that we will do it eternally because assuming that we know next to nothing, aiming to know it all will take us forever and forever we will be HAPPY trying. Leaving aside space voyages and what not probably we humble folk will never be able to even TRY to get some of these goals (absolute knowlege, etc.) but we still can aid the ones who can and contribute with our grain of sand. Even the greatests minds of History needed to eat bread when they were little childs and live in peace while they were working. If in the past we would have been more Fair assuring no child got hungry selling to his or her parents bread instead of killing ourselves (and the children) in countless Selfish Wars, we would have had much more geniuses much before and surely today we would be nearer than we are now to these tremendous goals Humanity aims to achieve.

Amortality will make people anxious to die because of an accident. I DO NOT AGREE. It doesn't take to be Amortal to be anxious about dying because of an accident, Mortals can also be it. It's more about the personality of an individual who can be more or less anxious towards life rather than being a Mortal or Amortal. Maybe anxious Amortals will suffer more than anxious Mortals for they will have more years to lose in case they were to die due to an accident but I doubt it because I can't imagine someone making life plans 2000 years ahead and being anxious about not being able to fullfil them due to an hypothetical accident that would cause his or her death. We dont' have the brain prepared for that and maybe it's just simpler not to be so anxious about the future, focus more on solving the present problems and enjoy day by day the good things life has to offer. The only problem with Amortality is that having so much time to live can make a person acomplish all the worthy goals he/she proposed to him/herself and also make that person run out of ideas to imagine new ones. If that happens that person will be depressed eternally. Fortunately if someone has enough imagination this doesn't have to happen at all. In fact amortality could be perfect for those few fortunate individuals who always are having new ideas while enjoying life as the first day by allowing them to live forever while improving society with their work and skills. On the other hand amortality could be also perfect to punish forever the worst criminals keeping them eternally in jail or until they paid their debts to society. The rest of average indviduals I think that would renounce on their own free will being Amortals out of boredom. Afterall we have to admit that most of us, as we grow older, we get more and more unstatisfied with what life offers us. That's why most old people tend to be grumpy and say "back in the old days all was better". We are not meant to live forever. We are programmed to die. Physically AND Psychologically. As that beautiful song said: "who wants to live foreeeeeeever? who wants to live foreeeeeeever?".
