I also got diagnosed last year.. I was 34z i have been checking my fertility constantly and they always missed this diagnosis.. it’s so discouraging to be so proactive in making sure you are fertile and they always tell you how healthy you are. I managed to get pregnant with IVF but I wish I knew about this condition earlier cos most likely I’ll get menopause right after my first baby

Did you get the Gardasil vaccine? If so, that’s the likeliest culprit for causing POF.

I wanted so badly to listen to the whole video but once you were at the hospital that tapping sound had me losing my mind! Had to turn the sound off. I know i sound crazy but me and repetitive noises aren't friends and even more ao while pregnant lol

So usual story around the world : unnecessary induction = c-section. Your body is not ready, your baby is not ready .... fear of getting prenatal tears makes you say yes to a scar on your womb , as it's 50% c-section in statistics around the world. Giving birth to a big baby without tears is absolutely possible. If nobody harries up your body, and if you are free in your movements, that is not possible with epidurals. Looks like the hospital is so busy with C-section ....it's just weird and all wrong...Australia is so rising up with C-section, like a rocket into space.

Something else you can look into with perineal stretching is adding a natural oil like coconut oil or pure olive oil while doing the stretching and kinda massage the perineal on the outside, I've seen some studies showing that can help with elasticity. 😊

Great video ❤️ just wanted to add that the pregmate app is great for keeping track of test results and graphs all your information ..if you do the premium subscription but I honestly love putting them down on paper in person, that way there's no mistaking the progression.

New subscriber here! I know this video is a few months old but I'm curious if your son now cuddles more? It was funny when you were talking about seeing other people's babies cuddling with them because I have a 10 month old and he so does not just cuddle on the couch with me watching TV. Lol. He does love to be held by me and wants to be close to me but he's also very active at the same time so he can't just lie in one spot. He does love to be close to me while we're sleeping so that's the closest I get to cuddling with him. But I always just assumed it was his age honestly, and just figured when he was past the year mark and into toddlerhood he would cuddle more? I'm curious if yours is like that now (assuming yours is 14 months or so based on this video)

I'm currently 7dpo I have nausea, on nd off cramps slight backaches, feeling tired, always hungry, peeing alot and feeling tired but I'm afraid to test I dont wanna get a negative 😞😞I tested 4dpo nd got a bfn so u dnt wanna get my hopes up for nothing. Feeling worthless 😪😢
