I'm so glad my video has help to comfort you! Please don't hurt yourself anymore, I know it may be difficult to stop but you have to try. Try to talk to someone but if that's hard to do maybe write it down and express your thoughts through words or even do nothing at all. Nobody in the world is perfect everyone has their own flaws and that's what make everyone unique. I'm sure you are a beautiful person on the outside and inside and someone will appreciate you just the way you are but that need to start with you believing yourself first❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Welcome to the channel ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I write my experience and feelings down on notes and eventually turn them into a texting story. But that's just because I like to create ff and stories. Try to distract yourself with your hobbies, I like to write, watch fun videos, read fiction books, watch manhwa, listen to music and sometimes I like to sit outside and watch the sunset. I prefer to be alone so I suggest do things that you're most comfortable in and try to improve yourself slowly at your own pace. Just know that as long as you have tried your hardest you have nothing to be ashamed of ❤️ I really hope this would help ❤️
