Really tempted to fit this with you guys. Will the Eibach Springs give you big problems with London's large number of speed bumps? I have so many in my area / on my daily routes in my FK2.
I wouldn't lower my FK2 due to savage rough roads and deep potholes I have to encounter. The car is low enough in standard form. I still scrap under my bottom lip, pulling into petrol stations as it is. FK2's are better suited to 18" alloys with thicker tyres that fill the arches better imo.
Best-looking CTR, ever. If only the gearbox wasn’t made of cheese. If only the engine-cooling was fit for purpose. If only the suspension was suitable for use on roads.
How is the Powerflex insert with the OEM rear mount? I had the PRL rear motor mount, but that adds a decent amount of NVH with the air con on.

why BOV kit? Its been proven its not good for 10th gen Civics
Although it is true that issues were found early on, HKS fixed the problem on their BOV kit a long time ago by simply using a stronger internal spring.

would you guys blv i if i said i bought 3 LE FK8 type Rs? 2 are in Dubai and I'm selling both, the last was just purchased recently, its the one with all Mugen stuff on it and was stolen from the guy, got it stripped and I'll be working on restoring the whole thing!!
So far i saw ram trx 1500 on KZread has a 124db of course it has a modified muffler system. So far that's my favorite
That sound is too quiet for me. I thought that track system is the loudest what the hell is happening the db is not even exceeded 100 so week
For FFS, fanboys, just face it: the gearbox is under-spec’d, made of cheese and not fit-for-purpose. Honda is the same as every other car manufacturer - in some shape or form they’re a bunch of cost-cutting shysters and any apparent integrity is marketing / PR BS.

Fk2 is for me the best looking typeR ever made. I still drive my old FN2 and i love it to bits.

Hi I notice even my gearbox needs 1st-2nd hub changed, once I’ve changed it what causes that problem because my mileage is only around 56000 and I don’t normally do hard core racing
Are your dyno numbers true WHP or are you calculating out driveline and accessory losses to get your numbers? Either way, it's pretty incredible. I also wonder if the Euro cars get a different tune than USA?

£260 is $506aud🤯 I made something similar for my fk8 that only cost me $100aud / £50 I ended up using a spectre brand cone filter with a 4'inch MAF housing from a GM LS3 did the job quite well.

So what number is the safest on this engine before starting to blow head gasket and Pistons.400 Hp should be enough?
19x9.5" is stupid size its too wide it will rub and cause stress on the suspension components.
Although ET38 is a slightly more aggressive fitment than we'd usually advise, the customer was incredibly happy with their choice and has encountered no issues!
