About the lyrics: I think the fact that Riko (the singer) didn‘t speak English in front of their foreign audience (compared to all other members) explains a lot since google translator isn‘t accurate for translating Japanese to English.

I empathize with your comment. Humanity lives on one Earth, but only a handful of people are fighting and vying for power. We are always the ones who end up being sacrificed. Not only this song, but all of ONE OK ROCK's releases send a message through their wonderful, shared music about the feelings we all have here in the world. I love this group and artist. I plan to attend their live show in September to experience the meaning and message of this song for myself.

What a banger! Thx for the vid. Like you, I love the combination of the heavier and melodical sides of OOR. Like they took the best from all their works, and I'm here for that. With Luxury Disease being such a perfect album I don't know how this boys can go even further. Your "I'm still excited for what's next" can't be more relatable. Love this band so much. I dated drummer a hundred years ago lol and I asked him about the facial expressions many musicians make. He told me it has to do with what is in their head. He said he hears all the beats in his head almost before he does it. I always thought that was interesting.

I’ve noticed that many other drummers don’t have the size of setup that he does. He easily can do multiple and complex rhythms where each hand and foot is doing a separate beat
