cuttingedgelaw

More than a dozen years ago, we went on an adventure to find cutting-edge legal professionals. We were noticing that law was changing, that lawyers were shifting away from one-size-fits-all and were becoming more values and purpose-oriented, bringing compassion, healing, peacemaking, and well-being to the profession. We thought we were making a documentary but we so enjoyed the interviews, we posted them in full. At that time, KZread had a 10-minute limit so ~1 hour interviews were uploaded in short segments. After a few years away, we've resumed our showcasing of lawyers, now called Integrative Lawyers.

Here, you'll find hundreds of mindful lawyers, collaborative lawyers, restorative justice practitioners, sharing lawyers, authors of relational contracts, leaders in therapeutic jurisprudence & problem-solving courts. Many of these predated the 2010 ABA book, Lawyers as Peacemakers, and showcase the historical evolution of the integrative law movement.

Your track record is extremely bloody. The blood of children, both then and now, is your track record that is undeniable. Your conscience is nonexistent and totally desensitized. Your track record must be made known without fail. As I have stated recently, I believe what my children tell me. The abuse which you have participated in, cannot be ignored by those who have, and still carry the scars that came from your hands. To the many families that are still being decimated, your name will be synonymous with DCF, though not with affection, but with total hatred. Shame on you.

Maybe make updated videos giving suggestions of ways individuals can make the changes for litigants including Pro Se, attorneys, judges (lower tribunal & court of appeals), law students, paralegals, law self-help centers, state bar associations, covering topics e.g. legal procedures, process of improving depositions, mediations, forensic investigations for financial affidavits, negotiating divorce settlements initial briefs, appendixes, etc. ⚖️TY.

@@margotwinick6952 No. I remember he was soft spoken and had a kind demeanor. I admired his pro bono work as he practiced what he preached. I never felt intimidated by him as was the case with some professors who used their intellects as rapiers. He seemed to be devoid of the destructive aspects of ego while knowing who he was and the value of his self-worth. Father's Day must have been difficult for you. But if it serves to assuage the anguish of your bereavement many people remember Professor Winnick and think highly of him.
