Took my FX3 to Montreal recently. Button layout & dual ISO is so useful for run n gun. Never felt like I was limited. My only gripe is the weight when you’re lugging it around all day lol

For color grading, I can highly recommend the Phantom (Arri) luts. I literally just dump the lut on my SLOG3 footage and it works. I only have to adjust the exposure.

Try the Sigma 18-50 f2.8. I use it on my a6700 80% of the time unless I am in low light.

That’s a great lens, I have an EF Sigma 18-35 1.8 but it looses significant AF performance with an adapter so I might think about the 18-50.

The FX30 is a beast of camera! I’ve had mine since about February came over from Canon with no regrets. Video wise there’s not much it can’t do. Even takes good stills was pleasantly surprised by some of the photos it produced in some of my past jobs. Great stuff sir looking forward to seeing what you do with it!

Why are everybody so hyped about cameras? mostly it is about point and shoot. not gonna pay twice as much just to have " professinal" camera I maybe use once a year.

I still have the iPhone 13 Pro Max alpine green and I still have 94% Battery capacity and my wife has the 14 pro max and the Battery has 88% Battery capacity I don’t get it at all
