  Chaala AC's they call it 1.5 ton which they are not really. LG have this false marketing history. Check it's "cooling capacity" in its specifications. It must be above 5300

  I had literlly a big fight with LG , aporoximately 15 days fight and 1 whole day i was in call with LG CUSTOMER care 1. The technicians are not trained well 2. Unable to identify the probleem for 1 week 3. Doesnt have proper check list dor diagnosing 4. Upon escalation the LG team sent a senior folk from 40 km and identified the outdoor unit copper coil is leaked 5. As its under amc they took appx 15 days to get the part 6.surprising to it they have provided spare part to another customer 7. I have screwed the lg team very badly finally they got one more original and fixed and done vacum post that all issues gone away
