  When my kids were young we took them on a steam train ride from Layerthorpe to Dunnington and back. The train had to halt at every crossings gate while a man opened it for the train to pass through. Shame that Layerthorpe is now under and industrial estate.

  Loco and van look fantastic condition and that concrete track is amazing. Hope you can get it all done up to near Tesco soon, but all takes time and money.
