Good job girl🤦♀️
She says " Thanks!"

Glad to help!
Which seat size is that 16" 18" 20" or 22" nobody seems to clarify what seat they got
There are four seat sizes: 20"x18", 20"x20", 22"x20" and 22"x22"
What is the measurement from the tiller back to where you separate from the rear with between measurement is the 49.6 total length
Total length is the 49.6" and the front piece is about 41.5" long when detached
Dont like no spring suspension and have to air up the back tires
Understandable, there are some other options at www.broadwayhomemed.com/mobility/power-chairs/travel-power-chairs/
I bought one about two months ago. The only problem I have run into is when I get to the driveway to our right (is too slanted and i feel like i WILL flip over). I don't know if it will because I get off and walk it across the driveway. And going to the left of our apartment a tree has BROKEN thru the sidewalk and the chair gets stuck because it's NOT HEAVY enough and I have to walk it across again. Otherwise, I HAVE been recommending it to people at SeaWorld, Dr office, and bus stop. I'm having issues with HUMANA HMO reimbursing me.
Heavy obstacles can be an issue, sadly. For those, a center wheel drive power wheelchair might be better, but it will be much, much heavier
Their should be a place for a spare tire. These tires are only sold by Pride and you can not replace these tires from any other manufacture. Its a safety issue.
A good idea, we'll be sure to let the manufacturer know!
Pride thinks everyone can afford their scooters wrong people are struggling just to survive and that’s the truth.
We know scooters are expensive, we try and offer them as affordably as we can!
What about piece under seat for extras
I'm afraid we don't have any under seat accessories at this time
Do you sell ceiling trac full electric?
Not at this time, I'm afraid
How heavy is the heaviest part when disassembled
48 lbs!
What is the price for this wheelchair and will Medicare cover it?
@@Tony-1950 2999.00
Medicare doesn't cover it supposedly
I'm afraid this isn't coded for insurance purposes, sadly
Correct!
Prices may change as time goes on, keep an eye on our prices here: www.broadwayhomemed.com/air-elite-power-wheelchair.html
how wides the seat 18 inch or 16
16.5" on the seat, with the distance between the armrests being about 18"
can you transfer the controller to the left side?
It can! the control module and light modules can be switched sides fairly easily!

Thanks!

You can reach us at Broadwayhomemed.com! We have our phone number and email on there.
How much is it?
We have it for sale on our website here: www.broadwayhomemed.com/jazzy-carbon.html
Why isnt it considered a mobility chair. All scooters are and people get up and walk when they get off them. My husband walks very slow with walker and needs this when we go out in public to move faster. A man in our senior apts got one and medicare paid for it. He paid up front and medicare reimbursed him.
We're not exactly sure what you mean. If you mean, why isn't the Journey powerchair coded for insurance, then that's a decision the Journey company itself makes to pay to have it coded.
Not many people can lift it from box cut side of box role it out
Assistance might be needed for some folks, but its the best way to unbox we've thought up so far. Let us know if you have any ideas, we'd be happy to hear from you!
how tall is Jake?
About 6'!

Thank you for this review. Can you tell me, is it easily possible to remove battery to charge offboard as I live in an apartment?
Sadly, no for this one. Most scooters in this class and size don't have an option to remove the battery in a box to charge. There are some good travel scooters that have that option, like the Zero Turn 8 (www.broadwayhomemed.com/jazzy-zts.html)
I like 👍 the sleek design
Thank you! If you would like more information and pricing on it, you can go to www.broadwayhomemed.com/ally-power-wheelchair.html
Just like there is a hook at the front for towing, there should be a coupling at the back for pulling a trailer, that would be ideal "a coupling would be money well spent" whether you use it is up to you!
A nice idea! Sadly, its just anchor points on the front and back for now. Hopefully there will be some more accessories in the future!
Does it have a back-up beep? If yes, can it be can it be disconnected?
This powerchair does not have a reverse beep. You can also learn more at www.broadwayhomemed.com/jazzy-carbon.html
@@BHMUniversity Thank you
@@kitten375 You're welcome!
I'm guessing that this scooter cannot go on airplanes because of the size of the battery?
That and the total size of the scooter. Its bigger than it looks. So sadly, no airline option for this one. We would recommend the Carryon (www.broadwayhomemed.com/buzzaround-carry-on.html) or I-go (www.broadwayhomemed.com/i-go-folding-power-scooter.html) for airline travel options.
Great scooter!
Thanks! You can find it in our online store at www.broadwayhomemed.com/i-go-folding-power-scooter.html
Hi, whats the price on the unit?
Thanks for asking! As of June of 2024 we are selling it on our website for $2999. You can find it here: www.broadwayhomemed.com/ally-power-wheelchair.html
I NEED THIS BUT IAM TO POOR 😭😭😭👁️👃🏿👁️
We certainly understand! We offer some financing options like Affirm to help with situations like yours!
I thought this was a great video. I am looking for something like this for my aunt, but she needs like joystick that if she left go, it would stop the unit. Maybe a ewheel chair would be better, but im looking around at everything that would work for her.
Thank you! We certainly have a few power wheelchairs that might help! Take a look at this playlist: kzread.info/head/PLNfpCqKTPSHPoOyQZVv6Nno8ZoECrLqXZ&si=dosViZT_F-ct4yTv
@@BHMUniversity Thanks, I will check out that link.
The G5 does NOT last 10 hours. If you need a higher than 3 setting it won’t last longer than 3 hours. Trust me.
Thanks for sharing your experience! It's interesting to hear different perspectives. In our testing, we've found that the G5 can indeed last close to 10 hours on a setting of one with the larger battery, but you're right that higher settings can significantly reduce battery life. It might vary based on individual usage. Thank you for the feedback.
But I cannot push the column in enough to put the battery back on. Any ideas?
I'm having the same problem.
On the replacement columns there are black rubber caps on the top of the columns that need to be removed. It may be that those are still in place. If that is not the case I would recommend bringing them in to a local dealer to have your machine evaluated as there may be something else wrong.
@@BHMUniversity thank you for the information. I forgot to remove the caps.
I'm happy to have a mobile like this, I have a disability and I'm not allowed to take the bus (safety reasons) OK, the range depends on the weather, but if I didn't have the mobile I would be dependent on others so I can decide for myself when I want to go shopping, go to the doctor, etc. A mobile like this gives me my freedom back.
That's wonderful to hear! It's great how these power scooters can give people their freedom and give them the independence they deserve. We love hearing stories like yours. Thank you for the comment.

For sure I don’t want you working in my staff, you have to take care everything that you touch, and clearly I can tell that you don’t give a f¥€&
😳Wow I have one of these.🤔My wheelchair isn't powering on.And I can tell with my electric tester that electricity is runing throughout the wiring but it's still giving me know signs it's trying to come on!🤔So what do you thinking could be going on with this wheelchair? I got this in 2023.
Hard to say. I would recommend bringing it in to your local DME provider to get it looked at!
Got 1 ordered. Cant wait to get it 😊
Awesome! Let us know what kinda fun you get up to!
👍
Thanks!
