  Tabi it could also be a chance - there is a kind of seaweed that does almost not burn and gets used for natural insulation - I read about it a few days ago - if thats the species here it could also be a blessing - using it - and selling what the country does not need since the article mentioned that the material is very welcome but too scarce for mass production since not enough grows back a year - just check this.
