I just recently tried the Makeup by Mario Neutrals and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by it! The formula is really nice and the colors are pretty.

I use About Face liquid eyeshadow for eyeliner. I just take a little off the applicator with an eyeliner brush and use it to do a big graphic eyeliner look. Sometimes when I've gotten super sweaty, some colours smear off a little, but for the most part, they stay literally all day and never budge. I've been misting my face with water all day today, it's midnight right now, I napped for several hours and rubbed my eyes, and my eyeliner looks almost like i just applied it. Otherwise, there are a lot of colours of gel liner from colour pop that I like. Some of them get hard and I know there are tricks to melt gel liner, but that's way too tedious for me when I just want to bang out a look.
That is seriously such a good idea! I have a few of the About Face liquid shadows and I love the formula so much but I’ve never tried using it as eyeliner. I’m definitely going to try that now! 🙌

I love the Essence mascara. I also bought Elf tubing mascara. I live where it gets blazing hot. I usually get raccoon eyes even with no mascara on bottom lashes.

I just bought every color of Elf Luminous Putty Blush/Putty Blush. They are a cream to powder formula. All are beautiful. Also have Mililani bronzer. Love ❤️
What primer would you suggest for luminous foundation, I finally nabbed the Armani luminous foundation , I know a matte primer won’t mesh, please give me your opinion of what would work with luminous foundations.

Charlotte Tilbury makes blush wands that are matte as well as glowy blush wands. So I'm guessing that the Flower Beauty blush wands were made to mimic the matte version of CT blush wands. Great video 💖

Agree.. I haven't fallen in love with liquidy blush, bronzer or highlight. I would rather it be a little moussey at least. I love cream everything. I just get annoyed seeing any Onesize products when that would have been perfect in Icon. Instead I got stuck with a blush palette. I dont like highlight, blush, bronzer. Face palettes. I like individual products. & I had rarely set to each on Ipsy. & then on top of it it had a fingerprint in the palette.

Do you have a good mascara recommendation? I have the sky high waterproof one but it’s so annoying to take off. I want to find one that holds the curl of my eyelashes but isn’t impossible to remove. Should I buy sky high again but not waterproof or try something else?

Why won't elf make a grip product for oily skin?
Have you tried the Liquid Poreless Putty Primer? It’s not gripping in the same way but it really does helpful makeup last on my oily skin!
Have you tried La Vanilla? I bought a rollerball to keep in my purse. I usually wear the original Burberry or Good Girl, but I like La Vanilla, too. There’s a Victoria Beckham fragrance my husband really likes (I had a sample), but that’s more expensive. It’s called San Ysidro Drive.
Do you like the one size better than the Huda? I’m trying to pick between the two.
I returned the original Mario matte palette as those warm tones for some reason looked horrible on me. I have the PT MD3 and LOVE it. It has become my favorite palette. I have the new MM neutrals and I feel like the shadows are not pigmented enough. I do not mind a buildable formula but I feel like it lacks a little. Also, when I have used it I feel like some of the looks look more gray. I am fair/neutral skin tone, so idk. I do use it but didn't work for me as I expected.

Can I give a little critique? Your foundation is probably drying down. Any liquid will dry to a slightly darker shade than it originally was. Oxidizing is when it continues to change color through the day. I hope that's helpful. ❤
Yes I know the difference but I appreciate you sharing! 🥰 What I meant is that I tend to forget at the end of the day to check if I’ve noticed that the foundation has oxidized significantly! It’s partly that I purchased the wrong shade originally so it was slightly orange and too dark to begin with which threw things off whenever I looked in the mirror.
Is the primer stick like a replacement for the power grip primer? Do I need both and if not which do you think is better?
Definitely not! It doesn’t have much of a gripping texture. I would say it’s more like a stick moisturizer so if you have any dryness, it just helps makeup glide over that area. I feel like you don’t need it if you’re using the Power Grip since that is super moisturizing!

I dont think the saie brand gels well with a traditional foundation like fenty. Definitely more for natural skin or a tinted moisturizer

I always layer cream bronzer and blush with powder of each. I do not set my face with setting powder though.
I might need to try that rather than using a setting powder over them first!
What primer do you recommend for oily skin? I have not been able to find a good one since elf discontinued their primer serum. It came in a pink bottle.
Oh my gosh I loved that one so much! I totally forgot about it. Honestly the elf liquid poreless putty primer is one of my favorites for oily skin because it’s smoothing but mattifying. Catrice makes one called The Mattifier than works really well too!

Kosas did a pretty good job with their blushes, I like the way they are not to shiney, they reached the right level of glow
Yes! Honestly I was surprised by how creamy the formula felt because I was expecting it to be slightly more dry.
The pink powders i tried were too dark. They just darkened my concealer, I'd imagine peach will be the same lol.
Always on the lookout for a great concealer....thanks for showing the NYX one! Also the ELF Whoa Glow is an awesome product, I love to wear alone on minimal makeup days☀️ (But I've never seen full size below $15)

I think NYX makes the best primers that cannot even be beat by high end imo. Every single one of them. Marshmallow, Honey Primer, Angel Veil, Pore Filler. I do love some Elf ones too, esp the putty primers. I think NYX & Elf rule the drugstore. I think both brands can outdo near most high end brands. I love Impress nails.. ill have to try Olive & June
Very true! I feel like NYX and elf just keep getting better and better. I actually feel like I haven’t tried a lot of NYX primers so I’m going to have to check some of those out now!

you have a new favorite elf primer every 10 minutes. stick with one ffs.
I actually have two. 😉 The liquid poreless putty primer is great for smoothing/mattifying and the power grip is great for hydrating/longevity.

@@AndreaMatillano My local Walmart really stinks for being a super-walmart for alot of things, especially makeup. They quit carrying Flower Beauty a couple years ago too. I prefer buying makeup in person so I can check exp dates, unopened, etc...but sometimes I have to go the Amazon route, lol

If you like toppers for eyeshadows, you got to try the brand Moira. OMG! I got myself a bunch of great shadows from them and they are so cheap, meaning price wise lol! The quality i think is better than a lot of high popular bane brands for sure! I wish I can show u with pics of their shadows so u know what I mean but it kicks Moondust butt for sure! They are way cheaper and the quality is awesome! I would highly recommend you trying it out!
