From that view the sun would be setting, not rising. Sea is on left side and land on right side so view must be towards the West. Sunset.

Stunning! Did you have to ask permission at the council to fly over those coastlines? I just bought a drone but they gave a million rules with it....I will be going there soon and want to try out my drone :)

the lord of the rings music was a nice touch.... crazy how you can see the water lines up the cliffs, much higher sea level back in those times... makes you wonder if man made climate change is actually real when the sea was much higher many thousands of years ago... just brings me back to my original theory that the ice caps up north and at the south pole are still the effects of an ice age that we are still in the very end of. when they melt i can almost guarantee those sea levels will be back at those lines halfway up the cliffs and the continents buried under the ice for all those years will have even more fossilized secrets to uncover. if that is correct then our planet goes through cycles for long periods of time, a higher sea level might also explain the old marsh coasts buried under sands in africa that wouldve filtered much of that saltwater and could be the missing factor scientists and archaeologists have been searching for to explain the once tropical regions of africa that are now deserts covered in sand. their theory is that these african jungles turned into deserts are on a cycle and may have a possibility of becoming tropical climates/regions again over the course of the next 1000 years or so.. they believe roughly every ~3000 or so years the climates change which shifts the deserts into tropical landscapes then back again when it gets too hot and dry. there is tons of evidence to support their claims as well. interesting stuff.

also if that is correct then man made climate change is a scientific fallacy pushed by political scientists rather than actual climate scientists and the truth of it is for whatever reason, be it uneven orbital patterns around the sun, solar flares that last a thousand years, the end of an ice age etc, the truth of it is that that ice is supposed to melt, the cold regions of the world should be warmer and the hot regions of the world should be even more warm. there is a reason why certain dinosaurs and other mammals and vertebrae's were able to exist at certain points in time when the whole earth's climate was much warmer and wetter which allowed certain dinosaurs to live in environments that were tropical and subtropical worldwide, those zones spanned much further than just around the equator and there is enough evidence of this for everyone to find, easily. if we are truly still in the back end of an ice age then maybe the world is meant to be much warmer and wetter then it is today and it has absolutely NOTHING to do with how mankind effects the environment. for example, during the triassic period, volcanoes were incredibly active. a volcano can produce around 270 million tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) before even erupting, just degassing can spew around 270 million tons of carbon dioxide into the air which according to climate scientists will warm the atmosphere, man made industry and vehicles worldwide is rumored to produce billions in carbon dioxide emissions every year, however i find it incredibly hard to believe since the climates during the triassic period when volcanoes were allegedly more active than ever shouldnt be too far off of what they are today. volcanoes and evidence of their existence simply dont just *disappear* and there are currently 1500+ active (degassing and erupting) volcanoes in the world today and about 500 have erupted in "historical time" in other words, recorded history. that being said, it is somewhat hard to believe when they say man can produce more pollution (CO2 emissions) into our atmosphere than the entire planet itself can produce, which according to climate scientists should warm our atmosphere. if that is the case and we were to cease ALL man made carbon dioxide emissions for 100 years, it would not make a difference in the course of the cycle our planet takes on its own. which once again brings me back to my theory that the earth itself has cycles or patterns that it follows regardless of man kind and the fact that the oceans could swallow up many of our cities built in coastal regions across the world, is simply our fault for building along the coastlines across the world. the planet is ALWAYS changing. has since the beginning of time regardless of how involved humans have been. to say that the earth is warming because of our own actions is just irritating since history itself can prove that theory wrong.
