  This was only done in an extreme case. For most shoes you won’t have to do this.

  Quick question, got a new pair but came with yellowing in the white panel of the right shoe. If I paint it, how can I paint it so that when I clean the shoe the paint dosent fall off? Also would the paint crack as I walk?

  Hey, you would have to protect it with a finisher like krylon matte. It won’t crack unless you spray on too much finisher.

  Yep 2 coats is perfect, and it shouldn’t be affected by sun light. Edit: Are you referring to the midsole or the plastic part?

  ​​@@SneakerStationthank you so much, you see got a pair from sneakercon and turned out that one shoe had yellowing but never saw it. I don't wanna sell them so was thinking if restore it. Thank you again. The leather part that goes sewed with the black panel. That sewing turned yellow and so did the knitting.

  Hey Ryan I got a question.. I want to unyellow my Infared 6s in the sun. How long should I keep them for? And how can I prevent seperation, theirs already seperation on the soles. I’m going to reglue then put them in the sun. Lmk!! Thanks Ryan!

  Hey I don’t recommend using the sun at all because it could cause damage. If you really want to, it depends on how hot it is. To be safe, leave them in the sun for 15 minutes, put them in the shade to cool down for 5 and repeat. Also don’t reglue until after its done just in case.

  Is there a reason you wait till later to get rid of oxidation? I was thinking maybe I would do it right after the wash. Do you recommend waiting?

  You can do whenever, its mostly just due to the video layout.

  I just used cheap insoles from amazon. Netting cant be replaced. I usually get parts from other shoes.

  It will stain suede and nubuck. Try to avoid it on paint and midsoles

  Hey thank you for your support 😀. Most steps requires some level of waiting to perform properly and in the end you’ll probably save more time by avoiding mistakes. The shoes in my videos are super beat and take 2-3 days total to restore.

  amazing work! you did a really good job but i wanted to know if there’s a fix for the toe box? I see that there’s some sort of wear or misshaping going on. I have this same problem with my 5s and I don’t know how to take them out

  Thank you. Shoe trees will help remove the creases but they’ll give them that narrow toebox look if you overextend them.

  Its a paint stripped called dads easy spray. It’s not as strong as it used to be, but it’s still helpful
