    A well-planned plant-based diet can provide all essential nutrients: 1. Taurine: Synthesized from cysteine and methionine found in legumes and nuts. 2. Choline: Available in soybeans, quinoa, broccoli, and Brussels sprouts. 3. Vitamin A: Get beta-carotene from carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach, and kale. 4.     After a life time of diagnosed with Bad breath, I got cured with the help of Dr Eddymon remedy whom I met on KZread.
