This is so great! What fun and a fabulous idea. Bravo! 🥰
Thanks so much! 😊
I have wondered about “Chuka Blvd”. Many years ago we knew a Gord Ciuka. The name was pronounced “chuka”. Is this the same person the street is named after? I have a feeling he had something to do with the old Geno’s restaurant. My husband says also Gene owned KFC. It was Gord’s uncle. Gene Ciuka. A friend suggested if they called it “Ciuka” nobody would know how to pronounce it.
I really don't know! It's an interesting name.
Ah, a little digging turned up a comment on Reddit that said it was named after a Gene Chuka, who owned the KFC franchises in Regina as well as Gene's and other restaurants.
The Greens is so beautiful! If I lived in Regina, I'd wanna live there.
It is nice!
Yeah I was there! Parking was hell lol
Fortunately, we live close!
Thanks for filming my fireworks display again!! I'm the guy on willow island. Glad everyone enjoyed it! It really helps me make a better show next yr with timing of shells and how it looks
Thanks for the great show! And glad the video is helpful. I always wondered who was over there... :)

Maybe sometime!
wow,,,,❤
Hey Edward. I absolutely enjoy the videos. Pls keep em coming. I am moving to Regina in the fall with my husband and 2 year old. Kindly recommend some family friendly parks that we can enjoy❤❤❤❤
That's great! Regina has a lot of green spaces, no matter what neighbourhood your'e in. Most of them have playgrounds. However, Wascana Centre is THE park--that's what I walk through in this video.
@@EdwardWillett thank you so much
Regina SK Victoria Park is a bit like are st James park Toronto ON Me & Max we go for walks around Older area of Toronto ON where the Victorian home area maintain kinda like your neighbourhood in Regina SK walk passed your old Saskatchewan Premier Jack Layton headstone
Your walks around Regina are fantastic!

I always enjoy your walks 😊

Read this over the last week or so and it really worked for me as an exploration of high-control religions and grappling with faith.
Here in Toronto We do not have the scooters everywhere they keep the rental ones at waterfront area inside just E-Bikes & Bikes in rocks you pay to unlock Must have been your Mobile Phone carrier was having problems with there system
I lived in Regina for 2.5 yrs… best place I’ve lived. The rest of my living.. in Edmonton. Regina > Edmonton.
Thank you so much for this video , what a stunning gem of a city ! I had no idea .
Looks like such a beautiful peaceful place. I can't imagine.
I am thinking heavily of retiring here ..wondering what you think prospects are for mid sixties artist widow ? Safe city ? Good place for an artist ? is the cold the hell I think it might be ? Thank you for your video , it does look so beautiful.
Hi! I don't have anyt insight into prospects for a mid-sixties artist widow, but as to the other, Regina is generally safe--property crime is a problem in some areas but not a lot of violent crime. Strong arts community. And, yes, it's very cold in the winter and we typically have snow for around five months of the year, as you can see in my video!
Welcome
Watching from WA state. Born and raised in Regina.
