This one was a blast from my past although I owned Mermaid Avenue volume 2. This song is from volume 1. I personally think vol 2 was better. Remember the Mountainbed being my favorite. And I’m a longtime Wilco fan. Fun fact: Stromboli is not an authentic Italian dish. It was invented by Italian Americans in Philadelphia. Beautifully done. I would love to hear you do "Let The Mystery Be" by the same artist. Iris Dement's voice is something truly special and unique so I didn't expect somebody to pull it off. Usually in my head it's either there or it's not and you absolutely succeeded. This is not my "Go-To" type of music but I just listened to this whole video like I was in church. That's saying something if you could see it from my own point of view. Again, very well done. I'll have to check out some more of your music. Thank you for that. Have a great day and God Bless.

Tennessee, Justin Vernon is the reason I was introduced to the music of Sharon van etten because he covered her song “love more”. Now she’s one of my favorite songwriters. After this I had to go listen to Sharon’s version again which sounds a bit like an Irish ballad to me. Which led me back to your cover of “the Galway shawl”. It’s so good. Every time you sing “the foggy dew” I get the feels.
