Well said. I’d be interested to know more about your dark winter. But respectfully, only share with us to the degree that you are comfortable. Regardless of your personal journey that has brought you to this point, it seems that you have found a way to give it meaning. I appreciate your achievement. Recently, I have been exploring feelings which I found necessary to repress, and at times the process is not without pain. Self care, and an understanding that it is now the time to address this, are helping me in my own journey. Thank you for your encouragement

Maybe you don't need to take the pain first but also growth. There will be experience of predecessors is summarized in the books in the library. Yes, pain can come. Yes, pain can be the compost for growth. Dose it means that, may I find some ways , to avoid all the pain from life, and I will lose my Chance for growth ? The answer will always be , No. Find your own way to avoid all of your pains of your life. Get all joy in your life. Blesses you. Thanks so much. And i agree, we can definitely grow without pain, and should avoid or limit it if possible, but when we can’t avoid it, i think the best thing is to try to use it as growth. To try and see what you can gain or learn from it.

i've felt like this for so long. having so many dreams and never chasing them. a cycle of epiphanys and hope where I have all these ambitions and somehow i end up forgetting all those things, with no drive or plan to achieve them, and feeling as if again i am wasting way. write things down. don't put too much pressure on yourself. and remember you made and are make the choice everyday to continue toward the legacy you seek to create. I pray for you because I see that you have potential that cannot be described in a number or confined. i believe in you. thank you for being vulnerable and sharing this with the world. I pray God helps you to create a legacy beyond what can you can imagine right now and equips you to do so. Amen
