We have not followed our constitution in over a hundred years. The only powers of the general government are listed in article 1, section 8. Neither the Congress, Legislative or Judicial branch adhere to this. You might want to explain this to the public. The people are so dumbed down they think our government is following the constitution.

Justice in the USA is a joke, if you don't have money, as a small guy, you won't get justice. even Toward Justice claims they help small people who don't have power, when reach out to them and ask for talk to an attorney, they deny small people's request. Justice=Rich. Poor people will never get justice.

If this channel is intended as an educational channel.....you need a better education. If it is intended to be a slightly true channel.... you're doing great. 1. The "original" Constitution doesn't mention anything about who are allowed to vote at all. That was left to the States. Not until 1870 does an Amendment get added that pertains to who can vote. The Constitution, as "originally" written doesn't mention a specific class or race of people at all.

@@LuisGarcia-uy3nb He's not entirely wrong. The "original" Constitution doesn't mention who is allowed to vote at all. In fact it has no rules on voting all. That was up to the States. Not until 1870 does the Constitution, through an Amendment deal with voting. So, to imply it does specifically for the groups mentioned in the beginning, is pandering to those groups.
