  Will it follow the keyboard if I plug it into another PC or computer? I just really want to remap some of the keys to perform certain functions so that it will work with a CNC machine.

  I assume that you're concerned with keystroke recording. You can run VIA through the app, works for my Monsgeek board; then you can always set a firewall option to keep it from calling home; I can't remember right now whether I had to, but I run LittleSnitch for that purpose.

  Thanks mate - clear and consise. The web is chock full a half-smart "do it like this" anecdotes but your video built my confidence to try what you recommend. I'm too old and time poor to waste more time f'ing around and then have to unwind the changes, so confidence to even bother to start is a big thing for me.

  What is ARX? Can I remove that spyware/bloatware? Logitech support said 'we don't collect personal data..yet, after you install GHUB it asks you if you want to share data and you can't say no... just decide later and it puts a bunch of crap on your PC that you don't want and didn't ask for. I think I'm returning this mouse... this being dependent on the net to use the dam thing is asinine..I got the wired one.

  Quick tip to free up your zoom in and zoom out keys - As you have Ctrl + C bound already, when you are not selecting text to copy and if you hold down your Ctrl + C binding, it only plays Ctrl. This means if you hold down your Ctrl + C button, then scroll the mouse wheel, you can zoom in and out without having to use the ones you bound for zoom, freeing them for something else. Great video by the way.

  G-Hub still coded by idiots. Have to delete G-Hub from computer just to delete one profile that never deletes if you use the delete profile button in G-Hub. Returning logi-sh*t mouse thanks to G-Hub. I stopped using Logid*ck mice because of prior experience with Sh*tware by Logitech. Razer Synapse is FLAWLESS compared to G-Hub.

  Been using both, and what kills G502 is really that crap of a scroll..Loud, not good feel on the touch, too much out, its just bad in every way possible, which is so surprising, cause like, even some cheap 5 bucks mouses don't have that bad scroll, i can even say, worst one ever and it wouldn't be a overstatement . Even Razer Essential to me, would be a better mouse to choose then G502..

  Keychron users, layers 2 + 3 are for windows and 0 + 1 are for Mac OS Only so make sure your keyboard has the right switch turned on for your OS.

  Think about it like pressing shift on a keyboard then using your F1-F12 keys, you can change a second page of bindings, then hold a bound G-shift button to change the other buttons on the mouse until let go/deselected. it's like another profile without it being a permeant swap to one.

  This is how I use my mouse from Logitech as well, it have Marco to switch space, call Mission Control, spam left click, switch browser tab, change dpi, forward and backward page and a custom fast key for game and also a custome key for calling to Notification Centre. This is just amazing customisability, much better than any mouse claim to be made for business users, not to tell the much better sensor and ergonomic grid, far better than lots of random mouse, with wireless connectivity. However, it would be great for it to support Bluetooth, which make the use case of the mouse much more versatile. However, I have served me really well and last way too long for a mouse to not fail. That’s why I’m not replacing my g402 any time soon (no, it’s not wireless, but for 502X light speed, it’s), unless it double click and things starts to fail which could be repaired fixed.   I got this keyboard for xmas (typing this review on it right now!) I agree with you that the LEDs can be a distraction, so I have them only to color when I type. I got the white version with the gateron yellows. The stabilizers are awfullll, I had to mod them. But the keyboard itself I love! I do think you have to be a specific type of person to want an entirely transparent keyboard, but I'm that person :)

  It should automatic, but this my problem as well.. if I reconnect, my configuration saved in via page.. but not deployed on the keyboard.. did you resolve this issue?

  @@fala I had the same issue bro.... I found out that I setup my configuration not on the windows tab. There are 4 LAYERS. Default Layer 0 - for MAC. I don't remember correctrly 2 or 3 layer for Windows.

  For anyone else thats having issues with this, once you change the keymapping in the 'configure' tab its supposed to immediately update and start working. For me I have a nuphy Air75V2 and I didnt realize that layer 2 was required to be changed to impact windows input. So double check what layer you are editing in VIA.
