  I just bought the X20 vacuum cleaner on 16 April 2024. Product design may be a very big issue as the device became faulty in less than a month. To add to the heartache will be the processes of the technical & support team … quite unthinkable for such a reputable Company. PLEASE STICK TO THE OLDER MODEL WITHOUT FRILL. So sad & deeply disappointed.

  this can be used in 110v? usa and mexico use 110v, but this product in description use 220v only

  I don’t own one but I never saw a 220v only appliance that could be used on a 110v. Are you from BRazil? If it’s 100-240v (bivolt) then yes

  I have been using this robotic vaccum for the last 2 months.its very useful. The only bad thing about it is that after mopping my floor smell bad.even after I washed with hands and dried the mop pad in sunlight completely before use.

  Mops not getting wet i have filled the pump using a syringe as per comments found on videa and mop is up to high water and this still isnt working. There are no videos on actually how to insert water knto the pump so im insure if i am adding it to the right place. Can anyone help?

  Can I set it up the way that it will vacuum only living room, but mop kitchen? Can I set it up the way that it will vacuum Monday and Thursday and Vacuum & Mop (at the same time) on Saturday?

  Yes, you can make schedules for every day and you can decide which rooms to vacuum or mop (or both).

  Should the robot clean the mop pads before starting the cleaning process? My robot does not do that, also it mops without water every time I start the process. Only after I cancel and take it to the base to clean the pads, then start the process again, it mops with water normally. Any ideas?

  I fixed it by resetting it. This was the problem because I first measured the apartment without mop pads.

  Carpet mopping stone is still possible. Because it is a whole piece of rag that vibrates and rubs up and down, it will not damage the carpet.

  Morning, I'm looking at this and the global version of the X10+ . I'm trying to work out the difference between this unit and the 10+, taking away the base and only looking at the vacuum, the only differences I can see is voice control and camera control, all the rest seems the same. Are you able to help out and confirm if on this unit you can use the camera and see it on your phone and also if you don't need google or alexa to voice control it? It the question of "do I buy local and have a warranty" or "the extra features are worth not having a warranty" :)

  Annoying is lack of multi floor map. I have 2 levels, 30 cm difference and I can't cover this with 1 X10+
