    I was disappointed that this only covered the step-up, and not the actual climb.

    Hi Sandra, thank you for sharing your thoughts. This livestream focused on improving your leg connections, which I've noticed is an area students struggle with. Sometimes when you focus on one part of a pole move, it improves the rest. I'm creating more content for this channel (just took a break), when I do I'll keep you in mind. Are you struggling with moving from the start of the climb and going up the pole? If so, what part is frustrating you? Thank you for your insight! Cheers, Jane

  • @BeginnerPoleDancing

    @@BeginnerPoleDancing Seems like my brain cannot understand the switch with the leg, I also have probem with that little spin at the beginning maybe my problem is with my coordination?

  • @BeginnerPoleDancing

    @@FerineKitty I don't think it's a coordination thing. In this video, I'm facing the camera, which is hard to learn from. If my back was to the camera, it would be easier to follow.

    @@FerineKitty By any chance, are you on IG? If so, look for me as @BeginnerPoleDancing - I can send you a video that makes it easier to learn this move. I honestly think because I'm facing the camera, it can be hard to learn.

    @@BeginnerPoleDancing This one is iffy for me because it's hard to wait until the back of my knee naturally connects with the pole and it also require you to lay your body out wide, which is kind of scary. I think grabbing the pole from behind helps with both of these.

    I’m not sure how this is considered a beginner move 🤣 Imma keep walking it out till I get it though

  • @BeginnerPoleDancing
    @BeginnerPoleDancing2 жыл бұрын

    Hi Linda, I think because this is one of my fave "go-to" moves, I have a lot of force behind the move. But I didn't start out that way. It took several months for my body to memorize the sequence. I walked this move out, for a long time until I started lifting my feet into it. So definitely, start with walking it out, to help your body memorize the sequence and then take it slow. In time, you'll become comfortable and ready to fly! Cheers, Jane
