    Looks delicious! This is how my baba makes sanyet batates. Although he adds tomato passata to make plenty of sauce. I like to make the sauce first, like Koshari sauce, and add that. So full of flavour!

    lijkt me een heerlijk recept...zo direct ff naar de markt om verse spinazie, koriander en peterselie te halen om dit te maken...dat wordt genieten vanavond. De filmpjes zijn rustgevend en super ontspannen...en een fijne stem om naar te luisteren. Dankjewel

    The baladi was really nice! I did use 450 ml of lukewarm water and maybe next time I will use even more, because the dough was pretty stiff. But they puffed up really nice in the pan. Shukran habibi@@KitchenYousEgyptianCooking
