  I never discovered this song until 1988 - I have no idea how it evaded me……. Because the first time I heard it, it blew my mind. It still blows my mind in 2024. Bless you Phil Collins and all who were involved with the making and production of it. It’s a timeless classic ❤.

  A beautifully paced song that is in the same vein as the work he was doing on John Martyn's Grace & Danger album of around the same time. Check out Baby Please Come Home or Hurt in My Heart. Phil's drumming on those two is perfectly restrained. Genius.
