Wow! I always pulled this up and through it in the garbage as weeds. This year I will respect it and harvest it as food. Thanks for your video.

Lambs quarters: Are the seeds that form early, already viable. So if chopped and dropped the the "green" seeds would still germinate.... OR do the seeds have to reach a certain stage on the plant before they are viable to germinate? (asking both for eradication and for propagation i have too much of this plant in some areas)

I spray a little Olive oil on my Lunchbox peppers, a dash and salt, pepper and grill them just long enough to get some good grill marks on them. If over cooked, they'll get mushy.

I have to know something! With lettuce diversity mixes and mesclun should you thin them out and transplant them? Most people let them grow in trays close to each other and they end up small. I want to see if I can get bigger lettuce plants but I’m not sure if lettuce mixes allow for that?

Question; I will have a rain catch barrel I want to connect to a hydrant. Do you know at all the height distance I have to elevate the barrel to get decent water pressure down to the hydrant?

High high of vertical feet is needed to pressure the hydrant from a rain barrel or water tote above it? Like for gravity pressure?

Put A humidifier 23 gallon humidifier warm humidifier and let the humidifier blow mist on a few of your plants keep it plugged in and keep it going doesn’t cost that much electricity. Just don’t humidified to the point where mold growing everywhere lol

I bought a package of those snacking peppers for my dog a few years back. That little turkey LOVES them and takes him to "His spot" in the living room. Seeds EVERYWHERE. Awhile back instead of picking them up and throwing them in the garbage, I planted the seeds....I got hundreds of plants. Grew them out and I got lunch box peppers. I think I got lucky with the brand of peppers. I save the seeds every year from that first batch and plant them every year. Was a fun and profitable experiment.

hey man, you did a great job. There are tons of videos on these and it seems like everyone has a different way of doing it. What I find helps is to first drive a T post in the ground, and to wire the hydrant really tight to that. Then pour a concrete pad on top. If you jst pour the pad with no T post, it will eventually fail.
