Hi Guy's, I'm Raymond Cepillo a pastry chef with almost 10 years of expertise in this fields.

I've created this channel to share my knowledge from simple techniques I've learn through the years, and to showcase my baking and decorating techniques, and hopeful that someone who are just starting can learn from it.

    Hi! You state this is to be kept at room temperature in an airtight container. How long would it last? Would it last longer in the fridge? Thanks for the recipe, can't wait to try it! :)

    Hi. You can in room temp area aroung 20 - 24 °c like air condition room. It can last for around 1 week since this is a home made recipe.. Not ideal in the fridge because It could become at crystalize sugar but you can try some then check it😊

    Hi. You can use tylose powder instead but it may take little bit time to set.

    How do you know where to place the black sections to keep it symmetrical?

    Just use the pentagon shape for black then try cut a paper stencil first and try it. If going perfect to the ball, then mark your flat fondant and cut it.. Just simple tip to make your black fondant as thin as posible to get a better result😊

    Hi thank you for watching.. You can directly cut after crum-coating then cover with icing you want to use.
