  FBI don't go flying across boarders to arrest someone , I thought that's the job of Interpol and that video of Dubai police cars is not related to any arrest it was actually a display of their Super cars for the Meydan Super cup horse race which was held last year ... So I don't know anything else but that theirs something not so right about this information.
