  Thank you so much for your tutorial I am trying to copy you now but the problem is my icing keep getting cracks in the icing my mix is part fondant but mostly gun paste what am I doing wrong I use shortening it’s so frustrating I haven’t got past the legs and I have been at it an hour the body keep cracking could it be the colour I have added??   The secret is to have a good sugar paste, if you don't have it, it's very difficult to know what's wrong, there can be many reasons :( I work with Sugar Paste from Sarancino or Princess Pasta from Irca, they are wonderful
