The Bandai Pippin is an interesting piece of technology history. It was a multimedia platform developed by Apple Computer and manufactured by Bandai Digital Entertainment in the late 1990s. The Pippin was designed to be a multimedia console that could also function as a basic computer. As for the startup song of the Bandai Pippin, I don't have access to specific audio files or copyrighted content. However, I can provide you with some general information about startup sounds during that era. Apple, known for its distinctive startup sounds, often included unique audio cues for its products. If the Bandai Pippin had a startup sound, it would likely have been a short jingle or chime that played when the system was turned on. This was a common practice for computers and consoles of that time to provide an audible confirmation that the device was booting up. If you're looking for the specific startup sound of the Bandai Pippin, you might be able to find it by searching online forums, vintage tech communities, or perhaps even KZread videos showcasing the Pippin's startup sequence. Keep in mind that finding such rare and specific audio content from the late 1990s might be a bit challenging, but dedicated tech enthusiasts and collectors might have preserved this piece of history.

It's a reminder for the engineers. "When we stop innovating, soon after our logo will be on to back, and someone else's on the front" Sun was a leader in hardware and software, but then they just rested on their laurels while cashing in on big enterprise licenses. When commodity hardware, windows and linux became the norm.. Not even Java could save them. RIP Sun.

@protocetid11 ай бұрын
Nope theres too much competition for them, Nintendo lives or dies by each successive console’s gimmick or hook and their first party exclusives. You have to remember besides the 3 consoles you have computers (Mac being a tiny fraction, a competitor nonetheless) and mobile to contend with. Mobile may not suit enthusiasts but it does suit casuals and they outnumber the hardcore gamers.
