Is this review for the standard Panda Hybrid mattress or the Hybrid Pro?
A Fraudulent company, Iam from india, i bought the mattress and it didn't suit my body so i opted for return, its been weeks and they haven't come to pick up the mattress, the customer care is really horrible and is of no help, so i am finally taking my matter to the consumer court, so i would advice everyone to think carefully before buying.

Top and bottom is memory foam with hd foam at middle. I think company should use hello cool gel open cell memory foam at one side for summer and hello close cell memory foam at other side for winter with airgo cell foam in middle for air circulation.

Thank you for this review. Just wanted to ask a couple of questions about the front sleeping point raised in the video. 1) Is this a substantial problem for people laying on their front (i.e. development of back issue) or is this more of a pronounced issue depending on a persons weight (i.e. would a lighter person not really have an issue of sunken hips?) 2) How does this mattress compare to the Pro model for a person sleeping on their front?

PLEASE READ - This has been my only way to provide a real review about the Emma Mattress as its been impossible to leave it anywhere else. I will give you my Non-paid review. This mattress is good for people who sleeps on their backs or belly. This is not a good mattress for people who are side sleepers. I suffer from back pain also, and I can tell you that it works wonders, as I don't have any more lower back pain (its been 3 months since we bought it - Emma Hybrid Comfort King). However, the real problem starts on your shoulders and hips. This is a almost firm mattress even though is promoted as a level 5 (0-10) firmness, I think it should be a 7. Also, for women who experience hot flashes or just hot sleepers, this one its not as cool as it claims to be. But, the best thing is that you have 365 days to try it out. So, after 3 months we are returning it.

Is there any indication on how many springs there are for this mattress in a double?
Emma only go as far as to say '7 Zones of 18cm tall Infinity Pocket springs' - which isn't a count per se. We would assume that Emma aren't sharing, because it's less springs than your normal pocket sprung mattress so they don't want to invite the comparison - but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Remember that this is still a Hybrid Mattress, with edge to edge springs for a greater breathability than the previous foam wrapped ones. The foam is also breathable and comfortable, fitting to your body shape without as much of a 'homer simpson groove' which pure foam mattresses deliver. So it has a lot of benefits Vs a pure spring mattress which are worth considering all together. Consider the foam content of a 2000 pocket sprung mattress.... its 0. This one is a good marriage between the benefits of both! Does that help?
UPDATE: We understand from Emma and from customers that the delivery issues they experienced over November 2023 to February 2024 are now resolved. Goods are shipping to UK and being received in good time. Drop us a comment if this is your experience or not?

It's definitely not the cheapest pillow in the world, thats for sure. And if you aren't that bothered about your pillow or have better things to spend your money on, then probably not! If you have the budget for it and you want a really top of the range pillow, then you'll be satisfied with this one

Can you tell me in your experience which was the softer feeling mattess. This hybrid supreme or the all foam supreme version. Im trying to decide which to get. I'm a 12 stone side sleeper predominantly.

Firmness is not medium firm, more like medium at best.

@@thesleepadvisors It certainly can be subjective, and, like clothing sizes, different to each manufacturer. I've been to Dreams this morning to attempt to make a decision on which mattress to purchase. A Silentnight medium can feel firm to a Sleepeezee medium, etc. The sleep match machine (likely a load of baloney) matched me to none of the ones I had earmarked. I really like the Beatrice but at £1,699.00 for a king size I think I will try a SleepSoul Space 2000 or Wish 3000 first.

The Panda Hybrid is great for hot sleepers, supportive and cool with a better airflow than Simba. But we'd recommend a combination sleeper to go with the adjustable Simba so that you can choose your level of support. The nanocubes are great for this. Which do you lean towards? Is this the same as the Emma Diamond hybrid mattress? It gets confusing with all the different names.
We feeeeeel you about the different names! Even trickier when we look at Emma products in different countries. But yes, in a nutshell the Diamond Hybrid is their equivalent mattress for retail. Emma have a different line so that comparisons are not exact, to support retailer margins versus online (fair enough if you go in store and get a personal service). The cooling foam layer is the giveaway!

Durability - if one is to invest nearly £3k for a King Bed, how long will the mattress last. I have no doubts it will score well in tests, but one area you see consumer reviews can be critical on is durability. Nobody wants to spend £3k on a mattress that potentially sags in 2/3 years.@@thesleepadvisors

i found the memory foam pillow too hot. i love it but it really retains heat no matter what they say
How was the support? We felt that the memory foam had great support, but the Hybrid had a better balance of coolness and support.

You haven't mentioned the firmness once? I found this mattress to be on the firm side.

Here's what we our reviewer experienced about the firmness: When you initially sit on the product, it seems quite dense and a little firm. However, once you lie down, you'll feel it has a bounce to it and it's fairly springy. Don't worry - you can't actually feel any of the springs due to the comfort layers. The structure all works to create a perfect balance. But, everyone is different! Did you find that it felt more bouncy and springy after, or still feeling the firmness after some use? And most importantly, do you like that firmness?
Thank you, I wish it was slightly softer tbh, for me it's on the firm side. Your right it does have a slight bouncy and sink in when you lie down, but it's too dense I find. I reckon it will suit heavier people better.

This mattress is very comfy - I’ve had it for a year and a bit. Just fyi it developed depressions VERY quickly… like in the 1st few months. This is not a long term mattress. I rotated it more than it was even prescribed, and I’m about 120 lbs so not a heavy person. I would not recommend if u are heavy, and just keep in mind it’ll be a 2 year mattress at best.

I scared I never heard of Hypnia till few days ago I am sick and tired of struggling to sleep I had Ergoflex eve ergoflex was good lasted years no dips nothing I just want new softer mattress and I'm afraid of buying wrong one I know all these companies mention trials but so many people how hard it sometimes when u try return it they make a fuss

Hoi , Ik volg jou al heel lang. Vaak de reclames gezien van Emma sleep. Helaas heb ik niet zulke goede ervaringen met Emma Sleep Een bestelling begin november geplaatst. Eerst komt het dekbed en de kussens binnen (ook nog het verkeerde dekbed) twee weken later het matras. Het bed zelf is niet geleverd. Achteraan gebeld nieuwe beloftes dat het bed 15 januari komt. Pakket van het bed komt dan eindelijk binnen (duurzaamheid.... 3 pakketen verzenden) Ons oud bed naar de stort gebracht kamer schoongemaakt. We beginnen met het bed in elkaar te zetten. Het bed is niet compleet. Sta ja dan op zaterdag middag niemand meer te bereiken. Hele weekend op de grond geslapen. Maandag meteen Emma gebeld 50 min in de wacht en weggedrukt. Opnieuw proberen na 40 min eindelijk aan de telefoon. Het hele verhaal uitgelegd "u kunt wachten tot 15 maart" tot het andere deel van de bestelling binnen komt. Fijne dag. Wij liggen nu een maand op de grond door Emma. Ik wou dit toch even delen omdat je veel positieve reclame hebt gemaakt voor Emma terwijl dit niet een duurzame organisatie met slechte levering. We begrijpen dat er wat leveringsproblemen zijn geweest, maar we hebben niets rechtstreeks van Emma ontvangen, alleen wat we hebben gehoord uit berichten van klanten aan ons. Toen we dit product beoordeelden (een paar maanden geleden), arriveerde het binnen een paar dagen zoals geadverteerd en hadden we ook geen problemen met de bezorging in de kamer naar keuze. Ik kan begrijpen dat dit niet ieders ervaring is en natuurlijk kunnen we alleen de onze geven. Bedankt voor het updaten in de reacties hier. Het is een geweldige plek voor klanten om op de hoogte te blijven van de laatste leveringsproblemen met Emma en andere merken. We nodigen ook alle anderen uit om hun ervaringen te delen! ------ Hi Lies, At the time of writing (Jan 2024) we have heard this from a few Emma customers. We understand they have had some supply issues, but we don't have anything directly from Emma - only what we have heard from messages to us by customers. When we reviewed this product (a few months ago), it arrived within a couple of days as advertised and we had no issues with room of choice delivery either. I can understand that this isn't everyone's experience and of course we can only give ours. Thanks for updating in the comments here though, it's a great place for customers to update on the latest with Emma and other brands delivery issues. Man, I just bought this pillow... Removed about 10 handful of stuffing because it is HUGE. Day 1 went horribly, the pillow was still too hard and I think big as well (even though I'm a side sleeper). I feel so tired this morning due to poor sleep. I will take out more stuffing tonight and try again... Hope it gets better 🤞

I think you've got the right tekkers there. There isn't a magic formula. You'll find that the nanocubes do compress a touch over time, so don't throw those extra cubes away. Just stuff or unstuff until you find the right level. Maybe we should start the coffee advisors to help you power through work as well....
@@thesleepadvisorsDay 3 was pretty bad, I added more stuffing back Day 4 I just decided to take out sooo much stuffing, like legitimately 30-40% of the stuffing of the pillow must be gone 😅 WORKED BEAUTIFULLY Slept so well, neck feels so much better now and I feel well rested! Don't worry, they give you the mesh bags plus I bought 2 pillows for the discount so I have all the spare stuffing in the 2nd pillow and the free mesh bags they provided. Thanks for the tips!

Iv had one for a over a year. They start off great , but just like every other memory foam topper you end up with a dint the same shape as you, were you sleep. Unless thats what they mean by memory foam.
Thanks for contributing! Yes, that is what they mean by memory foam. The reaction of the foam to your individual pressure points makes the foam firmer in some places over time, and softer in others. It's intentional and quite popular. Although, not for everyone! You mention about the slight lag with moving (am a major combination sleeper!) - what would you recommend for this type of sleeper? Thanks
For combination sleepers, you want a mattress with a bit more bounce than memory foam typically offers. In this department, we recommend looking at latex mattresses, as they provide that hugging sensation while also adapting to your body a lot more quickly. You can also go for a pocket spring mattress, as they usually use a slightly firmer filling up top that won’t be impacted by your weight. In normal delivery times - we would also say to check the Emma Nextgen, due to the extra spring Vs foam in this model, but we know you're after a different brand right now. So, try the Hypnia Supreme Hybrid mattress for that extra comfort layer. One bonus tip - if you tend to sleep on your stomach a lot, consider putting a soft pillow under your hips/lower stomach. Since back and side sleepers need softer mattresses than stomach sleepers, this is an easy way to keep your spine straight as you toss and turn at night. Unfortunately it doesn't really matter how good the mattress is. Emma is an awful company with awful customer service. They keep accepting orders even though they have no stock or capability of manufacturing fast enough to deliver on time. There are costumers waiting 2 months for their mattresses. The costumer service is non existent. You're stuck talking to a robot until after 1 hour waiting you're able to reach a person. Unfortunately that person will not offer you any explanations or updated delivery times. They will simply say there was a logistics issue and that they have no idea of when the mattress will be delivered. Tried to cancel my order today. Although it was confirmed on the chat... there was no confirmation via email or anything. So I have to anxiously wait and hope they actually fulfil my request. Luckily I have all recorded in photo and video to pursue them legally if they try to scam me.
Owch, that doesn't sound like much fun at all! Which mattress did you order and what size? We received our King Size Luxe Cooling back in the Summer, when we filmed this video and it all came pretty smoothly. Have you decided which mattress or brand you want to go for instead?

@@thesleepadvisors not only they are not responding to us. They have flagged our trustpilot review as fake. Now they are claiming to have cancelled only the mattress and not the mattresses protector we ordered alongside it. I believe in retaliation to all the complaints I filed. Not only the said mattress protector has never been delivered… they are charging 137 pounds for it which includes a 37 pound delivery charge. FOR A MATTRESS PROTECTOR.

Hello Ravi, The technology and structure has been upgraded for the Luxe Cooling but for a different purpose. So, depending what you’re looking for will influence the better mattress. The Luxe Cooling is great for those who are hot sleepers due to the graphite-infused foam and temperature-regulating cover. It’s also a great choice for side sleepers and couples looking for edge support. I tested this one and I preferred it to the NextGen, the cover swung it for me!

It’s advised that you can put a waterproof protector cover, if this was added, then a bed sheet on top of that, would this not counteract the thermal cooling properties of the bed, I’ve just ordered one so hopefully it doesn’t

Hi Ravi! There’s an overall upgrade from the Premium to the NextGen. The NextGen features larger springs and less foam for improved breathability. You can expect better comfort and better support. We loved the previous Premium, but this one is worth considering for an updated version. If you have another question, we're all ears :)
