Art by Swarez

Hey there! My name is Ed and I’m a UK artist (based in Worcestershire) selling my original Art all over the world! I also do commissions and we hand deliver all of my art in the UK (because I believe in that personal service); I also ship to 42 other countries.

My KZread channel is dedicated to helping all artists and creative people by sharing the experiences I have had whilst being a professional artist in the commercial world. I don't rely on galleries or agents and all the work is done by me along with my colleague Adrian (Ady).

We do a LIVE broadcast every Wednesday evening (7:30pm UK time) and post these streams on to the channel too - so you can see what we get up to and for me to help demystify the processes in my creation of abstract art !

We hope there is something here for everyone to enjoy, inspire or help move forward in life

    Neither! It’s oil based enamel paint. You can learn more here: swarezart.com/using-enamel-paints/

    First time watching. You just popped up in my feed. I'm an amateur painter myself. I started after watching some random stuff that popped up in my feed. I decided to have a go and went out and bought about AU$100 worth of supplies to get me started and I was hooked. Within 3 weeks I had spent about AU$1000. I've done a couple of landscapes but I much prefer to do abstracts and they don't have to look like anything. I love bright, vibrant colours and contrast. I really liked some of your work that was in the background of this video and I can safely say that you have inspired me to do more. 😁

    Hi! Love your work and channel and just subscribed last night!! Are you using a potter's wheel? I'm getting back into painting and I use to throw clay years ago and wondered if this is possible? Thanks!!

  • @SwarezArt
    @SwarezArt9 күн бұрын

    Thanks for subscribing and welcome to the channel! I don't use a potters wheel for this spin table - it's a golf buggy motor attached to a chop saw table base. The motor spindle has been extended and has a series of bearings attached. A metal plate attaches to that then an aluminium cross bar next. The timber top is attached to that. Hope that makes sense? You can definitely use a potter's wheel - the motors should be strong enough

    Thanks for sharing! very useful! I just watched, and I am wondering where is the part II you promised about the fixing on it of your large (and heavy) painting? Is there a link to it?! Have you successfully managed to fix it? what is the proceeding you have chosen? I am particularly interested as I do have an unfortunately damaged painting on canvas that I need to figure out how to put it on the frame. Thanks a lot in advance.

    Hi Anna. Unfortunately we never got around to it, sorry about that. Medium depending, grab a heat gun and soften the canvas - that's always a big help for problematic canvases

  • @SwarezArt

    I buy from suppliers from AliBaba.com. Prices vary depending on roll length and number of rolls. Most suppliers will do whatever you want so probably a good idea to have a search and find someone and send them a mail. That's what I do each time :)

    I cant help it I have to say something. Being someone that has laid countless meters of floating floors Ed, never lay them in a brick style formation. When laying floating floors like the beautiful grey one's in you fantastic studio gallery always stagger them randomly the end result looks awesome and not regimented as an abstract painter You'd know better than anyone. There that's off my chest now continue..... You are keeping me company btw while I'm doing a reno in Broken Hill Australia. Love you're work mate!
