Whats even crazier about the brute. Its literally been the same bike since they swapped the plastics on the prairie and came out with the 650 and 750i. It literally is the same drivetrain and frame since like 2005. Only changes they made were efi, and the shocks. In 09 they upgraded the 750brutes hp from 49-56ish by swapping the 650 heads on for better flow.
sounds cursed with headphones
@@Jaydiss_ bro I recorded the video with my iPhone SE pointed at my iMac Lolol

Iron baltics make the best skid plates
That sucks . I feel your pain almost every trail where you live looks like that. You pray for a little stretch so you can stretch your thumb out. Great video
Looks like a fun trail. I enjoy a little rocky technical terrain now and then. Just lifted my machine a bit so she’d love this the way she sits now. 👊 That fukin Snake hey 😆 Get going you Greasy bastard lol Ewww
❤
Almost the entire video is your face. Really isn’t useful. Please take this as objective feedback. I don’t know you at all and have no interest in hating or trolling. But we could not even see the actual mount properly for any length of time.
@@passionandcommonsense thanks for the feedback. I appreciate your input. I made this when I had less experience in camera shots.
@@BruteforceExplorer it’s alright bro. I was looking for a way to mount lights on my Strom and I guess I got a bit frustrated. Sorry about that.
lol to prove your point. last year before my 600 grizz need fixed it was keeping up with dad's 850r outlander.
If you're hooking up solar power after switching to a lithium battery, it appears to be common knowledge that the solar port's connection is reverse polarity from the camper. So either switch those at the solar port, or reverse them at the battery. This is from the FB Luna page. Comments welcome if I'm mistaken. Thanks for the video, Brute!
Watch my solar suitcase video to confirm the Zamp reverse polarity foolishness and how to fix! Thanks for watching
Btw love the Kenny Rogers shirt as I believe it is lol
lol thx.
Love the video.. my wife and I are looking at a 2020.. does yours have a fireplace?.. just curious.. thanks for the video
We do not have a fireplace as we are never on grid. We prefer a real campfire 😀 I hope you enjoy yours. I know you will. Thank you for watching
We havnt bought yet as its on FB market place .. but really we are interested.. what year is yours ?
@@BruteforceExplorer what year is your camper.. the one I referenced earlier
2021
I love the color of yours. It’s the best looking one they ever made. Motorcycles are supposed to “pop”.
Thanks man I appreciate the love.
@@BruteforceExplorerI have the asphalt gray one, and I’m seriously considering painting it.
good opportunity to pick a funky color
Holy crap this guy is awesome 😂
Thanks you are awesome as well 😂
i got mine togeather let me know what's going on saturday please. i think we and the old grizz are ready to go adventuring.
Were not hitting the trails this weekend unfortunately have fun though
@@BruteforceExplorer oh ok. i am ganna try. hopefully some time soon.
Nice video, can you get to Queensland beach , acsess to soft ice cream shop you were talking about, and any cottages or motels and restaurants with easy access,, thanks you
Forget it
Okay!
I love Kawasaki, but I took the Brute Force off my list a long time ago, because they never had the headlight on the handlebars. The 2024 addressed that and now it's on my list. I look forward to checking one out.
Good choice!
Sounds like you might be a polaris guy
Thanks so much for taking the time to create this video. Helped so much. Question: did you leave the opening at the bottom of the battery tray open, or did you seal it somehow?
Left open
Just did this on my Rover. Thanks for the tutorial. Made it easy.
Happy to help
Holy crap i am awesome.
yes. yes i am awesome.
But 110 reasons for a Grizzly ⁉️😄
Brute force is king, buy one you will see
What throttle extender are you using? I recently got one on amazon for my brute and it was too close to the grip and i couldn't push the throttle.
I had to shave mine some. First install it got stuck wide open. Super scary. Brand Is Kolpin. Install very cautious
I wonder if there is plans to sell these in Europe..
I’m sure for the right shipper they would ship one
Hey man ! Nice video, I have a 15min Battery discharge test here at work but I pushed it to 18min to watch a BF video ! haha There are lots of rocks, that's how I know you're in Nova Scotia haha Big Props to Miss Brute ! She did great on that rocky trail..... trails like that can be really difficult too, and add in an incline. Saying all that, that sure was a beautiful trail, I love the slow technical stuff. That's awesome you got sponsored a skid plate ! that's the same one Quaddingsous has I believe, supposed to be really nice. Good work ! Cheers !
Thanks for stopping by dude! Hit me up if you ever ADV down this way i will take you to that trail ;)
and yea its like this pretty much everywhere
sound's like a bushing
should i blast some WD in there or what?
@@BruteforceExplorer wd 40 dryes and take moister out of it. i would try some white litheum greese or something like that maybe.
i had to order the o ring's for the rocker cover then i should be good to go. next weekend. ganna be my catch up weekend :)

thanks bro. we missed making content!. life kinda got in the way a little
Got to love trails go up & up with rocks keeps it interesting .
yep we were apprehensive then just said lets do it
That was insane.
insanely fun!
I’ve had mine 10 years. Use it around the farm. Just replace the belt with 110 hrs. I do pull some weight with the machine. I agree it’s bulletproof. Just change the oil regular and zero issues. I’d like better lights too but don’t drive much at night. Great machine.
Sure is! Thanks for stopping by!
You make me laugh! I tell my wife's car that talks to me to shut the fuck up also. Lol you can tell we are about the same age. Lol I'm 57.
Glad you enjoyed. Yep we’re close in age lol. Thank you for watching
@BruteforceExplorer I'm retired from teaching and work on the side. If ever you go out for a nice long run I'd love to join to learn some of the trails and sights.
I like to know where you unload when you go on these trails. I know 5A on 103, but that's about it. Thanks!
pretty much 5a on 103 as i drive from the area to 5a most times
Was the axle recall just on the '22 model?
not sure
It’s not much of a ride until your skid plate gets polished.
100% right there
I have the iron Baltic skid plate on my cforce 800xc . It was the best upgrade I did. I never worry anymore about underneath the machine. Just point and go
Amen brother.
That’s just like - your opinion man. Jeffery Lebowski
Sure is brotha 😀
I tried to watch one of your quad videos with my wife, but quickly left because of all the foul language.
You must have caught the old stuff. I rarely utter a curse anymore. Oh welll. Byeeeeee. Thanks for the $0.00003!
My buddy has a street and trail bike, I’d like to have one to rip some trails now and again.
This is a great channel
Many thanks Jason!!!!
It’s what I do! 😆
Wicked..😮😮
had a little pucker factor lol
hello there do you have ABS activated on the trail road?
dude i have no idea how to disable it... I just googled it and apparently you CAN do it. I will investigate!
Looks like a nice ride. In many countries those would be classed as good quality roads! 😅
I bet they would!!
The earlier vstroms greatly benefited from stiffer linear springs, racetech emulators and 5w oil. Huge improvement in the front. And TKC80’s
Linear springs much better as the air makes them progressive. Progressive springs become double so with air and that weird off road.

That’s the list. I have the F650CS for sale, the 98 BMW F650 that is one of my favourite bikes and was my first real bike was a restoration project and I use it for trips that include roads like your ride here. I have the WR250R as well which is just a great bike for off-road and backroad exploring. And my 2015 deal of a VStrom 650 is my main everyday commuter and long road trip bike. I got that DL650 last fall with 4,800kms on it, stock bike, for $4500 CDN. Modded it a bit for my height and got the OEM aluminum 3pcs luggage; probably will be a forever bike. Like the WRR and my old Funduro. Next bike will probably be a Road King for when the kids are out of the home and wife is willing to ride with me again.
awesome list of bikes!
