A nice property but the checker board tiles leave you with concussion! , it’s a big expense to change , but begs the question who was the numpty that suggested……. Mulberries, not brambles - they use the same word in Spanish, but mulberries are mind-blowing in comparison, although messy when they drop - what a lovely property - I love your videos!! ❤

It's a lovely little property. The house itself has nice finishings... I think the only thing I'd change is to put an upright fridge in the kitchen, there is enough counter space to remove those 2 short fridges and put in one tall fridge (I cannot bend over because of a bad back). The outdoor space is good for a couple of people. Enough space to putter around :) p.s. The space you started off in is gorgeous.

What a beautiful space you have! It’s given me an idea for a simple plunge pool! I love the terracotta colour, the colour of the pool tiles, and all those lovely succulents… not to mention the hammock chair! 😊

@@olivegrovesandgrapevinessp7293 I must say , you are very consistent with the quality & standard of the property you are offering , admittedly I’m not acquainted with the property market in Spain but do feel you would be hard pressed to find better value, I will probably be over before the end of the year fingers crossed 🤞 & I would definitely take one or two of those little nuggets off your hands , as a builder I can see roughly what you need to see ( roughly) it would in my opinion be cheaper than renting , & something to do whilst looking for an olive grove with potential …… you see even builders have dreams 🤗👍
