Please tell what are you doing in the hays county jail? what i heard and witnessed and assumed is the bails bond them out to do porn underground while you arrest parents as well as their children to preform falacio on the guards and who ever else. maybe you were just playing a recording whatever it was. The aggressive Texas Tech man with his college ring is some kind of narcissistic pervert that ll is getting high on his power trip. The large Oragne hair boy and the nurse couldn't stop a child without stumbling. You have 8 people on staff and 6 inmates.m, saying they are busy, is a waist of money. While they have games on and they are fucking off. Cant get a blanket cant get the same treatment both times i was exclusively stripped of more than everyones else belongings. stripped naked with a fractured wrist. they guards cant even do their due diligence and read the report on the inmate. I will be requesting video of the both nights to send over to my Persian family! disgrace especially i was raised in Hays county. im appalled. Woolsey yule see merry Christmas lets make it DRY county again. money doesn't bring in more if we are wasting it on CPS, law enforcement and jails. Religion. making no serve at bars and restaurants, like IRAN.❤we look like white trash. Not Texas Friendly. Streamline a warrant days, quarterly and make it more of a bonding experience so people actually serve there time and get to know their neighbor like mental health day with pizza!

This is the dumbest thing I have ever seen in my entire life. Having driven this road for many years not only is this unnecessary, it is dangerous. I want names of those responsible so I can ensure they are removed from their positions. While this may shock some of our citizens, we are not in fact, Europe.

So you ditched this safe, completely workable idea, which is easily upgraded with traffic signals, for a much more expensive roundabout. How many Texans do you know who have ever seen a roundabout? Much less, know how one works? Bureaucracy at it's finest.

A disaster in the waiting. The bar traffic there is high volume and this will create more of a backup. A pressure plate stop light would have been a better idea. Someone in a decision making position has a relative in the construction business

I love it! While you're at it, see about adding some roundabouts to downtown Wimberley, and Jacobs Well @ Mt. Sharp, especially Jacobs Well @ Mt. Sharp, it needs a roundabout because quite frankly the stop signs are a complete joke half the time and it'd make everyone happier if they could cruise straight on through. Also, consider a roundabout at Winter's Mill @ 2327. ... There's probably a lot of places I could suggest improvements at, but start with those.

Too bad you don't show the packed parking lot at the BAR on the corner there. This is falsely misleading regarding the amount of traffic generated by the Hays City Bar right there on the corner.

The IRS has repeatedly warned that partners involved in targeted syndicated conservation easements face the imposition of penalties, which could include: · An accuracy-related penalty under section 6662 (calculated in many cases at a 40 percent rate) · Alternatively, an accuracy-related penalty under section 6662A (calculated at either the 20 percent rate or 30 percent rate in the case of a non disclosed transaction). · The 75 percent civil fraud penalty under section 6663, in appropriate cases. Lance Wallach receives hundreds of calls annually to help people fight the IRS and get their money back from the promoters of these scams. The IRS previously identified certain syndicated conservation easements as “listed transactions” under Notice 2017-10-specifically, transactions for which investors in pass-through entities receive promotional material offering the possibility of a charitable contribution deduction worth at least two and half times their investment. Today’s release indicates that for many of these transactions, the deduction taken is significantly higher than 250% of the investment. Syndicated Conservation easements were included on the IRS’s 2019 “dirty dozen” list of tax scams to avoid. Contact Lance Wallach before it's too late. 516-236-8440 [email protected]

Conservation easements and Captive insurance, Here comes the IRS With the increased reporting requirements, IRS audits of conservation easement transactions have greatly increased. Instead of working collaboratively with taxpayers to seek a reasonable resolution, Revenue Agents are being directed to disallow tax deductions no matter what. With a high percentage of cases headed to litigation, taxpayers need to take every step to protect themselves now. Contact the office of Lance Wallach 516-236-8440 [email protected]

About 84 percent of syndicated easements were in some stage of an IRS audit, according to the finance committee report, Another IRS audit target is captive insurance. The IRS has long taken note of the rise of micro-captive insurance schemes, placing the scheme on the “Dirty Dozen” of tax schemes to avoid every year since 2014. Their investigations have heated up in recent years. Lance Wallach gets hundred of calls, call 516-236-8440 to help fight the IRS and to sue the salesmen that sold people these scams. Abusive syndicated conservation easement transactions have been of concern to the IRS for several years. “Taxpayers should ignore this nonsense, take an objective look at their cases, and cut their losses,” said IRS chief counsel Mike Desmond in a statement. In typical listed syndicated conservation easement structures, promoters syndicate ownership interests in real property through partnerships, using promotional materials to suggest that prospective investors may be entitled to a share of a conservation easement contribution deduction that equals or exceeds two and one-half times the investment amount. The promoters obtain an appraisal that greatly inflates the value of the conservation easement based on a fictional and unrealistic highest and best use of the property before it was encumbered with the easement. After the investors put money into it, the partnership donates a conservation easement to a land trust. Investors in the partnership then claim a deduction based on an inflated value. The investors typically claim charitable contribution deductions that grossly multiply their actual investment in the transaction and defy common sense. In fact, professional liability experts see conservation easements as spiking the next wave of malpractice claims against accountants and tax prepayers. The IRS is disallowing the tax deduction and fineing the taxpayer. Google Lance Wallach and whoever is giving you advice. Who do YOU believe?

The single glove is useless. Please do not construe this as a statement of doubt of the threat of COVID-19. Yes, there is a threat, but your use of a single glove, as shown in this video, is ineffective at preventing spread through contact due to cross contamination. The following are some examples from the video that are likely to also occur in practice during voting. 1. The first worker took the ID, which was held in the voter's non-gloved hands at the beginning of the video. The ID was then handed back and later held by the voter's non-gloved hand. Unless the worker is donning a new glove between each voter, the first worker's glove is a common denominator between each voter and all voters before them. In other words, each voter is in effect shaking hands barehanded with all voters before them via the first worker's glove. 2. The voter holds the printouts given by the first worker in the non-gloved hand and hands them to the second, barehanded worker. This puts the second worker at risk and makes the second worker another common denominator between each voter and all voters before them. 3. If printouts (already touched by the voter's and second worker's non-gloved hands) are then taken by the voter with the gloved hand, which is then used on the machine, the use of the glove becomes completely ineffective. However, the first two examples alone are enough to negate the protection that gloves could afford. Combine these with the general lack of knowledge and awareness regarding cross-contamination and the doubt among many people (especially in conservative areas like Hays county), and the idea that the single glove will provide any additional protection is ridiculous. That is meant in the most literal sense - this is absolutely worthy of ridicule. Furthermore, the danger is quite possibly exacerbated by your pretension that the singular glove may provide a level of protection, because this may result in people believing and trusting this idea. In turn, they may dismiss concerns about cross-contamination, though the concerns may have otherwise led to them taking precautions that could have actually prevented the spread. If you have trust in the general public to not make the aforementioned mistakes, I urge you to consider long and hard the fact that the three people in this video, which I assume is intended to be informational and instructional, failed miserably at preventing cross-contamination. It is my recommendation that you employ or, at the very least, consult an epidemiologist or a veteran with CBRN defense training to develop guidelines. The truly sad part is that the idea of a singular glove was probably to cut cost, though two gloves for all voters and workers would nearly eliminate cross contamination. You can easily buy these food prep gloves for less than $10 per 500. In bulk, it is probably significantly cheaper. However, even at $10 per 500, that would be $4,600 for all 230,000 Hays county residents. The NFDA quote the national average funeral cost at $7,755. That's $465,300 for the 60 in Hays county who have died of COVID-19 and doesn't include the healthcare costs prior to their passing or the healthcare costs of the 5,700+ others (not deceased) in Hays county who have tested positive.
