You don't need to apply sunscreen indoors if you have medium or high melanin. Only low melanin people should use it in indoors.

I’m not Pakistani but I’m in West Asia. The schools there are stricter, especially in Muslim countries. Our uniforms are more covering and make-up isn’t allowed in most schools.
