    It looks like a nice product, I just cannot stand shooting with a quiver attached to my bow.

    Looks more bulky than I like IMO. But the two arrow holding brackets are more secure than a single point arrow grip. I’ve used a smaller style removable 4 arrow quiver that’s at least 15 years. I covered the hood with glue on felt to help keep it absorb any vibration reducing noise. It’s a single point attachment to a small bracket mounted on the riser. I prefer small and more maneuverability one. There are so many options anymore on everything. It’s crazy. Some are gimmicks IMO and some are really great products. 👍👍

    Utter horseshit. Dude, you are taking absolute bollocks here with open hand I was taught by an open hand and honey, I can drop arrows into a coffee cup target EASILY at 60yards with a 40lb test. First of all, your bow has NO BALANCE bar on it. Secondly, the sites on that bow suck. Thirdly, with open hand training after SIX MONTHS I walked into a state competition and though I didn't win by ONE bow, I lost to an OLYMPIAN archer. You are NOT a master archer and you do NOT know what you're talking about when it comes to open hand. It may be FOR YOU to be accurate, because YOU don't know how, can't figure out how, you personally know NO Master archers anywhere on the planet and it you did they wouldn't take you on BECAUSE you get impatient (which marks you out INSTANTLY as a NON-archer ...no patience? Then keep your hands off fuckin bows buddy, it's that simple). This shit can be VERY dangerous for noobs and we don't take that lightly, you casual. Again, sorry YOU can't handle open hand form, that YOUR hand probably shakes and you CLEARLY do NOT know how to set up a bow FOR various targets. ... I'm not going to keep going. This channel is a WASTE OF YOUR TIME if it's an Archer you wish to be. Even to be a TRULY good hunter, if you don't find the correct mentor you'll get some drunk bogans or rednecks , who regularly hurt themselves and others, passing their "knowledge" on to you. 🙄 And btw, master archers who are you videos KNOW you're posing as an expert and frankly sir, we're embarrassed for you since you don't have the sense to be. Humble yourself or get f**ked and move on to a new hobby. That would be best for archery. Besides, you're not suited to it by nature.

    Most of modern bows have 2-3 mounting positions for sight. For longer distances would you recommend higher or lower position?

  • @Ezzie0304
    @Ezzie03049 күн бұрын

    Makes no difference to where the scope will end up. You will just end up with too little or too much of sight scale above or below scope. Moving scope/sight bar inwards will get you longer distances however.

    👍👍. I look forward to your technical expertise. When you go from 80 to 120 do you try to keep your shot timing the same? Or from 30 to 80? I really work at keeping my rhythm/ timing very close to the same. I will not practice past 50 if there is enough breeze I have fight it or even feel I have to time or rush the shot break.

    Next test is one of those contraptions that the sideline rugby camermen use that levitates the heavy TV cameras out in front of them. ha ha You need to think like an F1 team and rock up to an event that way and just say 'hey show me in the rules where it says that I can't!". I've heard of target archers use the expression 'englishing' a shot and I think what they mean is the subconscious or innate ability of your body to apply minute corrections to a shot AS its going bad ie it does feel bad like what you were saying, but compensations that you don't even know are happening 'save' it. I guess off the stick half of your muscle groups were probably switched off and there was no follow through. Same off the tree, most of the inputs that activated muscles can have are sort of collapsed if that makes sense.

  • @pinpointarchery2125
    @pinpointarchery212517 күн бұрын

    I think the "englishing" method is a dead give away for six o clock lock. They know they are going to fire low and as they shoot they try and lift the bow up. There is no way of shooting this way if you are shooting a surprised release. Our reaction time as humans are way to low. Thanks for the comment very interesting !

    Whilst shooting downhill I rest, depending on the angle, my back stabilizer in my side/hip. (Not @ 50m though) This allows me to keep my pin rock steady shooting x’s. I can do this with my hunting bow but not with my target bow as the latter jumps too much forward.

    Knowing you are an accomplished archer at longer distances like the 80 yards you shot in this video I wonder why you didn’t do like 50 or 60 yards where you could probably see better where the pin was floating at the shot break. Or was it that you felt 80 yards would be a better challenge to test stability etc between the bows. As a hunter & 3-d enthusiast I rarely practice beyond 60 yards because for me on my no magnification hunting scope it’s so difficult to know where the pin is/was at the break except when im shooting at like a 6” diameter spot on a paper plate. Enjoyed this test showing how very reliable a “hunting” bow can be in the right hands. 👍👍

  • @pinpointarchery2125
    @pinpointarchery212517 күн бұрын

    I wanted to try and get a distance where the one would be a clear winner. The thought is that a hunting bow would fall short on a certain distance. But was not the case. We hunt a little further here too.
