  Great stuff! Very clear presentation, thank you. Why do you need to dilute the denatured alcohol 50/50 with water though? You said it's important, but I was left wondering why. Cheers!

  Ive used polycrilic over oil based stain without the 50/50 mix and you will get a small amount of color on your brush or whatever still turned out good but see the importance of this step now

  I'm getting ready to apply old masters water based polyurethane....never used it over oil based stain...it's a huge area....I'm really hoping it turns out great any pointers would be great

  Because water-base dries faster? Think floors, doors, furniture, etc.

  The HSF5000 is not rated as a stain-blocking primer.

  Thanks Jeff. Informative video. Great information. We @mrppainting.com are stoked about using the EM6500 with the cross linker using our Tri-Tech sprayer and fftips on our next kitchen cabinet project. Excellent idea about premixing the CL the night before spraying the next day. We will be ordering soon. Have read so much about waterborne finishes. EM6500 KemAqua Renner General finishes Sayerlack Aqualiente Milasei And a couple of others. Yet your product seems to be mentioned most often in blog sites for woodworkers and professional painters.
