  @@vincelcsgo3136 Well they "why" is probably because they wanted them on, and wanted to make the game a little easier or more fun. The "how" is once you beat the game one time, you get things called "Gameplay Modifiers" in the extras section, and you can get infinite ammo and resources (among other things) from it.
