Mark 1:15 "And saying, the time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: Repent ye, and believe the gospel." Jesus said in John 14:15 "If you love Me, keep My commandments. "There's a real hell. It says in Revelation 21:8 "But for the cowardly, & unbelieving, and abominable, and murderers, & immoral persons sorcerers & idolaters & all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire & brimstone..." Please sincerely receive Holy Jesus and put your true faith and trust in Him today and please repent. Will you have a Real encounter with Holy Lord Jesus (Y'shua is His Hebrew Name) and stay in a Genuine relationship with Him daily please?

Well done! We made the moved from Van Island, Sooke, BC in Oct 21. Purely for financial reasons, it got too expensive to live there! We arrived Nov 9, bought our house shortly thereafter, moved in Dec 1st. Taxes ... agree, (yikes!) made a mistake with the first year income tax claim! Cost us dearly. Would have been better to say we moved for Jan 1st, even though we Lived in BC officially for 11 months and 1 month in NS ...had to pay NS tax for all 12 months! We Have been doing similar as you, we bought our first rental property, Jan, 2022, I'm currently working on the purchase of a duplex, which we live in half, rent out the other half, and rent out the house we are in now. Giving us "3 doors" .... even though the Gov't and the rental situation has been ...um "challenging", I wish we had done this "a long time ago"! PS, if you haven't found them yet, look up IPOANS in Halifax.

Look up "Cedarcide".... non toxic for use on the dogs .... and you! I use it on me and anyone else I'm with. I bought the concentrate and mix it up in my own spray bottles
