  Boiler is on 0.2 bar. No fittings under the boiler as shown. Any ideas ?

  There must be a filling loop somewhere. Look for a silver hose with one or two valves.

  You can reduce the pressure via bleed valve on radiator.

  Later models of EcoTec pro's can work upto 13 mbar safely. Anyone who's gas safe registered would refer to MI's before youtube comments so I would suggest you stop mucking about with gas appliances before you kill someone 🤷‍♂️

  You can for example remove some water out the system via bleeding valve from one of the radiators.

  good evening I opened the 2 black taps it stops at 1 pressure and not at 1.5. What to do? because I no longer have the heating thank you

  That mean your incoming main water pressure may be too low. Try diferent time a day or @ night. Sometimes that help. It would has to be investigated further I suppose.

  Hi I have a valliant ecofit pure 418 and it doesn’t have the levers to fill boiler! Plumber said it’s a self filling. My pressure gauge is almost nil and I am now nervous! Please advise?

  How did you resolve this? My Ecofit pure 418 doesn’t have any pipe work underneath nor can I get the pressure to display on the screen. Only shows the temperature!

  I had high pressure and bled my radiators of any air and the pressure on the boiler dropped - I then got the F22 warning above as the pressure became too low. I then added water to the boiler as per the instructions above - both screws turn clockwise, you can use the end of a kitchen knife to turn them - the one on the left only needs to be turned to about 16:00 (do that first) then the one on the right to the same 16:00 position and continue turning slowly until the you hear the water moving and the pressure increasing. I then went and bled the radiators again and repeated the boiler refill and all done - 1.5 bars at idle and 2.8 when on max heating.

  same issue on mine, even if I set temp to 35 (the minimum) it will shoot up to 70-80 then come back down then shoot up again. 3 techs told me this is perfectly fine don't worry eventhough it never did this for 3 years or so when new. still not sorted.

  Replace plate heat exchanger mate and it will be sorted. Install magnaclean pro2 to protect hex. If yoy are around london I can do that for you. 07709112005

  @@gasboilerheatingltd1567 Hey pal, that's fantastic. We have magnaclean or something similar but it's never been serviced during the annual check to my knowledge. Will give you a call once Im back in UK, I'm in London yep :) thanks pal!!!

  Vailant Ecofit Pure = Heatline Capriz2 (£400) = Glow worm Energy (£700) = Glow Worm Betacom (£450). all the same boiler and all plastics with aluminium heat exchanger. All the same inside with different cases. Might as well fit the Heatline or buy a different brand.

  Good boiler choice, I switched over to these last five years best thing I ever did .customers happy too very efficient very quiet Some people have noted a 40% drop in their gas consumption

  +Alex Cooper Strip out was done on the Vaillant Course. That's why there is a flexi!
