EK dude talks like he has shit in his mouth, very difficult to understand. And that Kitguru guy has the personality of a door knob.
Bought the Tower 300 in hydrange blue but really struggling to find the rest of the kit in that colour. Where can we buy it?
I'll stick to my Thermalright Phantom Spirit. I take GamersNexus and other testers results thanks!
Good review sir James 🤘🏻
Thank you kindly
Really good product but they are hard to buy where i live.
Where is that ?
MAn, it looks like everyone is skipping out on Asus. Where is the Ryujin 3 in the chart?
We haven’t worked with ASUS for some time. They are difficult.
This monitor has a significant 21% 0-stars and a paltry 42% 5-stars on Amazon, pretty bad user feedback in the field

Hi, I got the system for my gaming needs and not gonna lie... the aesthetics were appealing. I got my version with an 4080 super and the i9 for 2.500€ (2.7k USD or 2130 pound) which in my opinion is more reasonable than the asking price in the uk. Thank you for the review! (Edit: I checked for the i7 and 4080 and this version was 1990 Pounds/2300€. I think you can get them for a reasonable price in germany:P)
is this CPU and GPU combo good for 1440p with mix med/high at 60 fps?
I learned a ton from this video.
Good to hear !
how are connecting display cables to the gpu, there is no gpu cutout or anyting to run cables in the current orientation
Personally, i think that both AMD and Intel need to enforce base performance settings in the bios with their motherboard venders. Then on unlocked overclockable CPU's, establish exactly what voids CPU warranty and set fused options in the CPU's so that if overlocking is done, the fuses are cut which will simplify warranty claims. Overclocking is an "At-will" process and motherboard makers are essentially forcing it on everyone which in a roundabout way; they are voiding your warranty for you which happily AMD and intel and standing behind their CPU's. I'm totally for some level of user tuning and it should be allowed without voiding warranties. However, there's a point where it should and personally, modifying voltages such over-volt or under-volt should be two situations where warranties should be voided. Simply because both situations run the CPU out of electrical specification set by the manufacturer of said CPU. As an example, instances where under-volt is done to save power, perhaps buying a lower power CPU is a better option.
Which is better this case or montech air 903 max? Are there any other competitors on the same price range?
26:18 sure, but we want to know your thoughts on it Edvard - that's why Leo is asking you. 🤣 26:59 I call bullshit, they knew and just hoped it would blow over. 27:00 onwards is just corporate spiel.
I understand that he and his 'friends' are forced to face lots of various and complicated issues and these are the reason why he didn't want to explain and reveal it more specifically. But the thing is, THIS IS NOT WORKING FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND CONSUMERS. I think what he needs to answer is not making things more vague but showing how to rebuild the trust of employees especially on communication. 'No reports' can't be a good excuse for this chaos
WoW, Its Great Job You Did, For GCC Gamers Where to Buy Palit GeForce RTX 4090 GameRock OC Graphics Card in Dubai, UAE ?
You get a like just for the thumbnail
I think that Ek may be bought out might not happen due to the amount of products they have, even though the products they make do look good. It's a shame that the company is being run the way it is.
Everyone knows Thermalright Phantom Spirit is king. Bin all these other coolers with higher price tags tacked on just because of the brand name thats printed on them
Thanks for the detailed no nonsense review, I really enjoyed watching this! Though I won't be building in this any time soon, I love how user friendly this case is, not only in terms of building, but cleaning as well. Montech is doing really well, their all new aio looks amazing as well
Glad you enjoyed it!
EK is the OEM for these so no way until they get their stuff together
Apaltek is the OEM.
Yeah, it's Apaltek. (Let's not spread falsehoods about my new favorite AIO. 😖)
If you're buying a Ryzen CPU, maybe one of these, but NOT an intel CPU. If and when I purchase my high end 14700, or 14900 I will not buy a cheap AIO. You pay for an expensive CPU, you should NOT even think about one of these cheap AIOs.
Which cooler are you thinking of getting ?
Intel 13th and 14th gen have terrible issues mostly pertaining to out-of-box settings surrounding the degradation problem. They run way too hot and are pushed too hard at stock. That's the only reason they require such exceptional cooling solutions. If you tweak them properly, they can behave a lot better, but most people don't have the sense to do this. AMD chips on the other hand behave much better and are much easier to cool.
I don't believe there's gonna be any issues with the 13th/14th gen i5 SKUs -- and I'm betting the Hyperflow can handle the i7s and i9s _too,_ provided that they're operated at Intel spec -- which would undoubtedly require adjusting the BIOS settings on most new motherboards, but at the end of the day I honestly don't think Montech would be providing a six year warranty on a piece of junk.
Not a good builder, the frustration and rough touch is a 🚩 😂
I like her 😊
I don't really know what the pricing is in the UK but in Europe the Arctic Liquid freezer III AIO's are dirt cheap atm (direct from Arctic) AND have VRM cooling built in. In my eyes a better overall package. For example a 420 AIO €97 hard to beat the price and performance. But like i said i don't know how these are priced in the UK. And ofcourse a different story if the MSRP is involved.
Yes, Arctic has some great anniversary deals on currently.
*Thank you,* James! 🙏🏼 I've decided to get a (black) *HyperFlow 360* to use in my (black) *King 95 Pro* (wherein I intend to build an i5- or i7-based system, so noise/thermals shouldn't be an issue), and I'm thinking it'll be a PERFECT match-up. Montech is becoming one of my very favorite manufacturers, and YOUR cooler reviews on this channel continue to be among the best and most comprehensive I've seen ANYWHERE. 🏆 Keep up the great work. 👍🏼 Cheers!
Well said ! 👌🏻
Agree with you. James is great.
I concur. Excellente !
Thanks! I am glad that you find these reviews helpful.
Man, you have gotten much better at reviewing. You weren't bad before but you have certainly taken it past the next level. Great video. I will be purchasing the LT720 in the near future base on your review.
I'm not a fan of RGB. But, this AIO has just enough.
I appreciate that!
I bought it last week. Uber trash. Avoid at all costs if you want it to type. Double strokes, multi keys pressing. The switches are trash
how can ı change argb without unplug the argb cable ?
bro got magnificent eye lashes
Thanks 😁
Pricing for apaltek oem in Europe is a new level from montech. That’s amazing. Just did some price checks against lian li using the same oem and really good deal from montech
Agreed, makes you wonder how Montech manage it when others don't. 👍
I really hate that AMD mounting system 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
I am not sure why anyone should be surprised at the low prices these Chinese brands are offering. I paid around $68 for my white Deepcool LT720 360mm AIO in December last year and under $30 for a Thermalright Phantom Spirit cooler a little over a year ago. They are really very competitive when it comes to value vs performance.
Someone needs to drop this point to companies like Corsair. Having looked online at pricing this montech uses the same oem as Thermaltake and lian li and a few other brands and these montech versions are a lot less than both of them in Europe. All depends on the oem they use too.
You want something that’s going to last too. Apaltek is a reliable oem. Some of those Chinese brands are cutting corners. Not all the same. Trust me. I’ve the leaks to prove it !
I've done two builds in the Air 903, and my next might be in a Sky Two GX. There are loads of fans about my house, so adding one to the rear is no fuss at all.
Im about to buy a chair, Epic white noblechairs, Nuke Cola noblechiars, Asus carriot core ( non rgb ) . I have to pick one of them.
Good video, however I can't find them available anywhere even in the UK? Scan website does not have them either.
As of today 27/05/24, they do have them on the website, but are awaiting stock, and are priced.
However the truth is, an AIO or any type of water cooling is not necessary for 99% of all the gaming PCs in the world.
You could say that about pretty much anything, tech related or not Hehe
Yeah just sleep on the floor nude. No one needs a soft mattress either. We all want one.
yeah that’s impressive. Not in the market for a new AiO yet but that 360 seems amazing value for money
They are good value
Meanwhile Thermalright selling $50 AIOs
Mine failed. Sadly. Can’t help but feel they are Cheap crap.
@@KnightRider-lq5yb long warranty though, just get a replacement
I did but it’s in a cupboard. I lost faith in it to do the job and it made this irritating whine before it died. Just bought something a bit more expensive that will hopefully last. I think they are so cheap they aren’t that well made. Just my view.
they gotta be 50 bucks for a reason. im all for a good deal, but its like guys buying 50 dollar crash helmets. aint going to do the job long term.
@@KnightRider-lq5yb that's unfortunate good luck with the new one
ok cant believe ? its about 20$ more than i expected
I think I’d buy one. I had a thermal right and the pump died. Never again.
@@KnightRider-lq5yb Every single brand including the next one you will buy that isn't Thermalright has units that fail. Every single one on the market with zero exceptions.
@@azmalguthek4502ok. But I had a thermalright and it failed. It’s the only cooler in the last 10 years I’ve had that’s failed and a few other people in comments have mentioned failures too. So maybe the very very cheap pricing comes with some reliability trade offs. If you are willing to accept that. That’s great. I am not. No point arguing over it is there ? It’s a difference of opinion. I can only base my views on what happens to me. 🤷🏻♂️
I suppose he is just saying what happened to him and how he feels. Nothing wrong with that.
@@thetechdevil-jn1vo Feeling negative when something bad happens to you is human nature. But acting like it can't happen to any other brand you choose is setting yourself up for inevitable disappointment. A company that is nearly flawless can produce objectively superior, near-perfect hardware. Someone could get one lemon or maybe something even with a minor defect, knee-jerk react and swear off the company forever. This is common in PC hardware conversations particularly, because people put together expensive machines and are frustrated when they encounter an issue, especially if they have to wait for RMA process. But objectivity is more important than emotion.
240 aios have no choice but become cheaper, air coolers currently deliver similar performance at a fraction of the price
Someone should send Corsair that memo. 😮
@@sortingoutthebills-dy6td no one will spend over 150 USD on a 240 Aio 😅.. Corsair knows this already
Are you going to review the DeepCool LD240 and LD 360?
Didn’t they review them already ? 😶
I'm interested to know if the boxes for these give guidance as to suitable CPU tdp or a list of CPU IE the 240 would not be able to cool the top end CPU from intel and AMD.
If the performance was a little better it would be a great choice, I still prefer the Arctic liquid freezer III
That’s a good cooler
Yeah I bought the arctic 3 based on your review Kitguru thanks ! ❤
@@sortingoutthebills-dy6td just found the KitGuru review, wow that is a kick a$$ unit !
Wish I can buy all these 😁
Thats more realistic pricing well done Montech wish everyone else would stop price gouging.
Cough Corsair cough 😂
Thanks for this!
No worries!
Great work!
Thanks!
time to do the liquid freezer 3 review
