Fun and I guess you've got some $$$ but there are shops that do this rapid prototyping waaaaay quicker, waaaaay better, and can do things you can't. I found one (the only one on the planet) with an electron beam welder in a vacuum chamber that could make a single electron beam welded titanium monocoque for a car. When I spoke to one of their salesmen, they had just used that machine to makes fabricate a satellite for Lockheed Martin going into space that they were doing burst testing on. You want to draft your parts in SolidWorks, Siemens NX, or whatever and shoot it out to those people. We're talking Compacted Graphite Iron foundries (one I spoke with made CGI engines for NASCAR when they ran them), carbon fiber driveshafts, carbon fiber looms for doing monocoques and wheels, aluminum forging. Something to consider before spending $$$ on machines.

now you are expert at c and c, and computer stuff. i am a red seal electrician. Circa to 1962 I took my training. You should look up, Add-A-Phase, on the web. add a phase!! 4 months...youv'e already done this.... add a phase (a capacitor and a inductor) now it's not the stuff from an old radio! the capacitor should look like an amunition box. You add a phase by doing this.... to this new phase you connect through a capacitor to one line, and to the other line through the inductor! and you have instant three phase.... OR you could buy an "add-a-phase" I have never actually worked on one, but it's there.... it's there!!

I am building one m120 to fit in an old Ferrari body, the throttle bodies that you made would match the original set-up for my car. Are there drawings available somewhere?

I accidentally stumbled across your videos from a KZread reel and Holly crap. What you’re doing is incredible. That V12 sounds like an old F1 car from back when they sounded like race cars, it’s music to my ears. I’m excited to see the project advance and hear your little one liners. Thanks for sharing it with the world.

Man awesome cmm. Really love to work with cmm. As long as you maintain and keep all the oil (Coolant, Lube and Hydraulic oil) topped correctly. Thing will run very well. A cmm is overkill for a single man. But okay.

You should check out Brother S500 when you are far enough along. very good machine and fast for the price. Its BT30 and machine itself is solid. Also I would recommend adding more oil to the coolant. Part looks great! how did you level the machine?

If you see this!! I know that, I'm about 3 years late but what do u think about use BLDC to rotate cam shaft? Since BLDC can move to percise angle with sensors it also can increse and decrese rotation speed.
