BRI is the best! I've journeyed through chabad. I was devoted. I built a chabad house with a shliach. I knew a Hecht. But Breslov is the Torah for our time! As Rabbi Nachman said, my fire 🔥 will burn... Until Moshiach arrives.

@@BreslovDotOrg I remain chabad of course. But without Rabbi Nachman I wouldn't have survived to this point. The 'Hecht' is Rebbetzin Rochel Kaplan herself. An incredible tzadekis. The story of the lost princess was in my life since I was a child. I came back to Rabbi Nachman in Ner Yisroel, when the chasidim sneaked in at night with free seforim, sippurei maasiyos, meshivat nefesh, sefer hakedusha. At a certain point in my life tikkun klali was all I had. I have the beautiful asara minei neginah CD. And I have the small English tikkun klali with all the history in it!

I enjoyed very much this sequence of parshat Naso, because Naso was the parshat of my birthday, so parshat Beha'alotcha gives me an in depth introspection of the previous message in Naso...

Yob was emotionally alone, .. Yosef was betrayed and alone, .. Moshe was rejected, … Y’shmaEL was sent away, … DaniEL was taken away, … SamuEL given away, … Shimson ran away. All these were trained by The Most High, and blessed. Imagine..being one on one taught by the King of the Universe without any distractions. There were prophets who lived away from society and came to visit on the new moon.

Please forgive my question, but I presume a person is subject to the tests of temptation as long as he or she is alive. Thankfully, we see plenty of people living on average longer than ever before. According to Rebbe Nachman does sexuality remain a person’s main test even into old age, when for many at that age it can be difficult to even engage in such activities? If yes, please explain. If no, what chief temptation takes its place?
@BreslovDotOrg15 күн бұрын
As you mentioned, things don’t always work at an older age as they did in youth. Still it can propel a person into certain activities even in an older age, such as reading pornography even if the person is not sexually active. Other temptations? Well monetary concerns can occupy the person’s mind though food desires usually wane at the older stage. Hope this answers the question. -Chaim Kramer
