from you animation it almost appears like air from the outside enters the room. What about air from the room circulating the cold coil in the front. Sorry, Not convinced with your animation.

Nice info but have some questions 1. U have only considered from ahu return side through pump upto chiller coil..from chiller coil upto ahu supply also is not considered. Why? Please prrovide reason..since there are also valves n fittings in that ,which is also part of critical path 2. From poiny E-H, near pump header u took elbow, it shall be t and reducer of reducing t in practical

Excellent diagrams and explanation. Too bad most 2 pipe FCU Fan Coil Unit A/C pipes are not insulated properly. THIS IS A MAJOR REPAIR ISSUE FOR CONDO'S COMMON AREAS & UNITS. EXTENSIVE CONDENSATION PROBLEMS ARISE.
