    What a disgusting video. Nuns are supposed to be celibate and this video applauds two lesbian nuns being in a sexual relationship. What a vile age we live in!

    I have been a permanent resident from 2004 when I was 3 years old. I had been going to US for every year until 2014 when I was brought to Pakistan by my parents when I was a minor. My father didn't let me go ever since. I have also tried to go to in 2020 but couldn't go to because of Corona. It's been 9 years that I haven't been to U.S now and my Sb-1 visa has also been rejected in Jan 2024. Now I wish to go to the U.S through Mexico. Can you tell me the possibilities of that going well? I also wish to file all tax returns from 2014 onwards and I also have a bank over there. I applied for admission to University of Utah. If I can get an admission over there I think it might be possible to show ties.

    Wow! I wish to know you as this kind of professional before I have given up my Green Card. I was outside of the USA for about 7 years. I got one attorney from the USA for the Returning Resident Visa application. She said that the case will be more likely unsuccessful... From your video I understood that we basically didn't prepare it - just a few documents, not real petition with the evidence. Thank you for the video, because now, since 2013, this is the first time when I feel validated in the right way, because if we put more effort then, I can see now that result would be different. I am now uplifted by you and do appreciate it.

    We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, but we’re glad the video brought some clarity. Take care!

    Good day! I’m going back to the US this December to file the re entry permit, would it be advisable for relatives to mail the I-131 a month before I get to the country so I’m in the country to take biometrics? Since I can’t stay too long in the US as I need to return back to my country for university. Also I reside at Virginia Beach, VA. I’d love to hear which office near me would the I-131 be filed at as the relative who’ll file it is on the older side.

    Todays marriage does not benefit the man. In the overwhelming amount of divorces, the man is the only one who loses and the woman only gains, including down to the children. Even with his children, the man can not be 100% certain, the children he has raised are in fact his without a paternity test. As a divorced father of his own child again, I say, "Todays marriage does not benefit the man." Have a nice day 😈

    Please Sir, i have a question. My mom filed her i751 jointly with her US. citizen spouse and during the wait time she was eligible to file for naturalization which she did. she attended the interview and passed the test, but when it was time for her i751interview she started having problems in her marriage with her US.citizen spouse and she legally sepereted with him not divorced just for her safety. she later attended her i751 interview alone and she expalined all that happened between her and her spouse and she requested that her case should be converted to a battetred sposed case, which she provided documents to back it up and gave it to the officer A month after her i751 interview she recived a notice in her online account with uscis that her i751 petition was approved and also a notice of oath ceremony too. My question is, was her i751 petion approved based on the request she made on her case during her interview to be convereted to a batttered spouse ? and should she stilll say she is seprerated when filling the oath ceremony notice questionere? Thank you.

    Hi, I have a current valid working visa, that will expire in 2025. my I-131 is still pending and I-485. Can i leave the country and come back just using my visa? Or will that be considered abandoning my greencard? Pls reply 🙏🏻

  • @TsangAssociatesPLC
    @TsangAssociatesPLC20 күн бұрын

    Thank you for your question! Do not leave the U.S. without the Advance Parole! If you leave the U.S with a pending I-485, without an Advance Parole document, your I-485 application will be considered abandoned and you'll have to start a new application. (It does not matter that you have a valid visa) You could expedite your I-131 if the reason you are leaving the U.S is critical, but that option requires careful planning and building your case. If you have more questions, please reach us at [email protected]. We would be happy to assist you.

    If he's been paying taxes and working a 9 to 5, he has a residency and has legal dependents. Dudes paperwork should be pushed forward. We pay for housing for illegals. Why can't the guy who stayed legally and contributed to society come back? If they make it a problem, he might as well cross the border illegally. At least he wouldn't have to worry about his dad being homeless.
