  Oolong tea is the most varied,They are the most fragrant of teas.Black tea is fully fermented tea, they has a very clear milky and fruity aroma.Dark tea is post-fermented tea,It's good for health，But it doesn't have a very pleasant sweet taste.🥰I forgot to say white tea,Lightly fermented tea, high grade white tea can drink the faint nectar fragrance in the throat.😋

  red tea 紅茶is primarily oxidized through a bruising/rolling process, such as lapsang souchong and jinjunmei - but is commonly referred to as black tea by westerners black tea / dark tea / 黑茶 typically refers to tea that is already or intended to be microbially fermented, like fu zhuan cha or liu bao that is my rough understanding of their categorical distinctions

  Almost none of the tea drinkers around me use glass Gaiwan.It's pretty but it conducts heat very quickly.And personally, I don't like to make tea with glass.I prefer a heavy wood burn or Celadon, white porcelain🍵🍵
