In my state it's only the person that lives next door that has the easement rights. And whoever owns the land has to keep it maintenanced and graveled. And Is the land landlocked.? I own my easement rights, and easement rights do run out, and you can charge people to use your easement across your land. My neighbor tried this one on me with big equipment coming in and my lawyer told me to put up my fence. So I did😂. And Are the mailboxes on the main Highway ? And you can't have two easements across two separate Neighbors they call that piggybacking.

I have never heard of a machine burning up when being transported! Have seen machines burn up from electrical issues when sitting in storage. That high tech crap they have to put in now increases risk of failure. As you said if you use a machine for jobs you need the right dealer and insurance for the inevitable disaster. Good you didn't lose your trailer !

An easement docent belong to anyone unless the city/county sells it to them. An easement is put in place so electric company's and gas company's or anyone else that needs to use the easement to reach an area otherwise inaccessible can reach their destination to do their work. some are in place just for fire departments. If they would leave you alone you would be done already and they could find someone else to rage on.

Hi, about the trailer electric cable repair, do not use regular electric tape as it always goes off soon or later, use 3M auto-vulcanizing special "tape", it glues very hard to the cable and vulcanize itself between coats (turns) so your repair definitely stays out of water and any other element. (as the seller how to apply it, as it is very different from regular tape (you have to draw it hard to stretch it when making turns)).

Ive had mine for 7 years... only had to replace a throttle cable. We use it daily... all day. I keep up on service... if i would recommend anything to do... We take the rear metal grill off and blow out the radiator every oil change.... Its a grear machine. We run a branch manager claw...we also have foam filled all the tires . I'm still running the original rears... and on 2nd set of fronts. Full time tree service.
