Let‘s play game - How many f*****g pulls! I bought a neotec 872 a couple of years ago and took it apart before attempting to start it. The intake port floor was full of casting flash and minor flash in the others. What they had done was somehow used a center drill from the bore and drilled into that flash to relieve it and into the cylinder bore below the port! A quick fix to help the intake timing is my guess. I dremeled the flash out and put jb weld in the port filling in the divot on the cylinder wall. I ground out most of the jb weld and slightly raised the intake floor and did my own blind port job on the rest of the ports. Made a thinner base gasket to set squish at .020“ and gutted the muffler and added a second port on it. The starter recoil failed right away and I put an oem decomp valve and oem flippy caps on it. I run it 32:1 and it has performed well with 24“ bar. It was less than $300 but unless you‘re capable of fully inspecting them, they‘re not for everybody. Great video! I can only imagine that thing weighs like a cinder Block with handles.👍
