Seriously incompetent support Seriously, Sendgrid has the most incompetent support I ever experienced! Trying to pay my bill and they are incapable to provide access to my account because my dedicated IP has changed! Also provided them with my drivers license, mobile number (which was used for 2FA) and credit card details (including expiry date) 5 different level1 support guys have dealt with this and after 6 weeks still no resolve.

NO TO CARBONITE!!!!!!!!!!!As a Senior Systems Administrator, I would never again recommend CARBONITE!!!!!!!! I was doing some side IT work (moonlighting) in Jacksonville Florida and one of my clients was a small property management company "Jacksonville Rentals". They didn't pay me for maintenance and only call when they had an issue as quite a few of my clients do. I installed Carbonite on the in-house Dell PowerEdge server hosting their data, set and forget....all worked fine as it should. Keep in mind, we paid for the ENTIRE YEAR up front. Long story short, the small company got hit with RANSOMWARE, so when i go to restore their data, there were absolutely ZERO backups on Carbonite! My heart starts pounding and how would i explain this to the owner? Well I call Carbonite Support and explain to them that we are paid up for the year, I am not seeing any backups, and we got hit with ransomware...help! Carbonite told me (I also verified this on forums), if the server agent stops communicating with Carbonite servers for 30 days or more, that all the backups are deleted from Carbonite and they could not help me at all. I LOST IT! We paid for an entire year up front and to me that means what I have backed up should be available to me (property management company) anytime as long as I PAID for it!!!! I cancelled the credit card on file and any auto-renew. I will never in my life recommend CARBONITE.

I invested in "ChickenFast" crypto mining after seeing loads of positive Trustpilot reviews. The company folded and the owners stole all the investor money and they vanished. The S.E.C. should investigate that company and TrustPilot. With many ponzi schemes, having fraudulent reviews is part of the setup and the con game. From my recollection, there were something like 20 Trustpilot favorable reviews. Each with only 1 total review. Each created within a 2 or 3 day window. That's how Trustpilot operates.

I totally know how she feels. I wanted a painting app for my 7 year old and heard Photoshop was powerful and easy to use but found that it was totally not easy to use. Also, my daughter wanted it to communicate with the smart fridge we have in the kitchen but when opening the smart fridge interface there was no option to grab and display drawings from photoshop right out of the box. I gave Photoshop 2 stars.

Sorry Top Producer X is giving people problems. The company that bought them in 2020-2021 updates it into a mess. I install Realestate networks. Back when Top Producer first went from individual to being able to do collective office functions around the office it was a mess. This is back in 2001. Their customer service tried their best but it was a programming issue not a service issue. Repeated crashes needed constant and occasional server reboots. I finally reccomended somebody else. They were not happy with me for sticking them on this disaster of a job. They finally got it together a year or two later and then the company tat bought them and went to version X screwed the pooch again.

As a homeowner, I found PayHOA to be difficult to initiate, and outraged by the requirement to enter bank information as well as bank password for another entity to verify. Another irritation was that I would have to pay to pay ($4.50 to use a cc; $1.95 via check) which is not something I've ever experienced. So I went ahead and sent a check to my HOA to cover an entire year so I wouldn't have to deal with this for a while. Also, the entity that verifies account information was fined for collecting and maintaining user information that they were not supposed to, thus reinforcing my initial concern about account security so I'm glad I didn't follow through with using PayHOA. This is an emotional issue for me because I think our consumer rights are being taken away bit by bit. BL: I hate and despise PayHOA.
